Located 900m from the beach and 1000m from the town center, in the quiet Vigie neighborhood, Résidence Les Perles d'Azur offers breathtaking sea views.
This holiday villa rental includes a living room with a double sofa bed and television (subject to good reception), and a fully equipped kitchenette. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
End-of-stay cleaning is included.

Loved St Pierre Village, apartment in perfect position but not cleaned for our arrival.

St Pierre village has everything needed for a good holiday: beach, market, restaurants, reserve area for walks etc. The apartment is in the perfect position, close to the village centre but far enough away to be quiet, plus up the hill so the sea views are stunning. The apartment is a bit tired, grouting round the bath cracked and stained and there were crumbs in the fridge, dust on the floor, hairs embedded in the mattress protectors and it clearly had not been cleaned properly for our arrival. We were only staying 4 days with a busy sightseeing time so didn't want to spoil our holiday and take up time with complaining and just thought that was how we needed to leave the apartment when we left. When we left we spent hours making the apartment much cleaner than we found it so were very annoyed by the attitude of the agent who seemed to go straight to the areas that were dirty when we got there and did find a couple of specks of dust and then charged a full cleaning fee. She said 'you are our eyes and ears and needed to tell us how it was when you arrived so that is your mistake'. We thought the agent would have inspected it prior to our arrival and so that was the acceptable standard.

Très belle vue

Nous avons passé un bon sejour, la vue est magnifique par contre beaucoup de toiles d'araignée dans l'appartement en général et des fourmis au niveau de la cuisine. Les chambres sont spacieuses
