About this property
Historic Downtown Boulder Home
Downtown Boulder, Beautifully Remodeled Landmarked Home with Large Private Back Yard and Front Porch. Short walk to Pearl St shopping and dining.
This 1900 landmarked home has been beautifully and fully remodeled, with an open floor plan that maintains its’ old world charm with original wood floors and character throughout the house. The home has a warm and inviting feel, 10 foot ceilings on the main floor with faulted ceiling on the upper level. The upstairs is an oasis with views of the flatirons, a bathroom that includes a soaking tub and shower to relax in, a soft baby alpaca rug and a bookcase of books (just in case you want to linger inside a bit). On the lower level, the house has two bedrooms with a beautiful bathroom with heated floors, shower and tub; and a play room. All bedding, mattresses, towels, rugs and cleaning supplies are organic and natural. The house hosts a large number of windows so you are connected to nature. Original art throughout the house. The main floor was designed for family and social time, with a kitchen that opens to both the living room and dining area. French doors in the living room open to the beautiful backyard. A second living room is located in the front of the house. The spacious yard features seasonal apples, a large patio for outdoor meals, a gas grill, and play house. The covered front porch is a relaxing place to sip morning coffee or a cool drink in the afternoon. Cruiser bikes, snowshoes, and yak tracks are available for our guests. What you will love in the neighborhood
I live in the Whittier neighborhood. It is located in downtown Boulder and is blocks to restaurants, shops, biking and hiking trails, and the University of Colorado.

Absolutely wonderful. Perfect place to relax after long days at an academic conference. The house is very comfortable and well appointed. Lovely outdoor area for coffee and meals. We would absolutely come back.
Our group was six adults. The location and room configuration fit what we needed. Dave's communication was prompt and just right; he gave us necessary instructions, additional info and suggestions, and was available if needed. House was ready well before we expected, and we appreciated that. We used and enjoyed the outdoor space, including the grill. An umbrella for the outdoor table would've been a bonus. House was very clean, and kitchen was well-stocked.
If you are visiting Boulder, this is the place to stay. The neighborhood is beautiful and very walkable. Just a few blocks to Pearl Street Mall and all the shops and restaurants you will need. And the house is so charming and well appointed. The kitchen is stocked with all the items you need. The bedrooms are beautifully designed with cozy beds and luxury linens. And the outdoor spaces are great for alfresco dining out back or swinging on the front porch. The owners made sure that we had every thing we needed and when questions arose responded very quickly. If we ever find ourselves in Boulder again this charming home is where we will want to stay.
Great house with two tree swings and large yards. Great house for kids and pets. Very clean with lots of amenities especially in the kitchen. The bedding and towels are plush! Enjoyed our time during here during the Easter weekend.
We had a great stay! The kitchen was well stocked to cook & host a small family dinner, and the house is in a great location being just a few blocks from Pearl St.
The host was welcoming and very responsive! The home was extremely clean and perfect for our stay with the added bonus of being within walking distance to Pearl Street. We hope to visit again soon!
House fit our needs perfectly. Lots of sleeping options. We appreciated all the amenities. Loved the proximity to Pearl Street. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
Amazing house was perfect for our weekend stay. Close to Pearl while providing a quiet place at the end of the day. The host was awesome to work with and very responsive.
We came to Boulder for a CU football game with another family. The space and location were great and the host was responsive and offered suggestions for anything we needed.
The house was lovely. It was spacious, clean, and had a very nice outdoor space. The location is excellent for walking down to Pearl Street or the CU campus. Dave was very communicative and a great host.
This home was an absolute delight, and I would happily stay here again. The location is exceptional—just minutes from Pearl Street and nestled in one of Boulder's most beautiful historic neighborhoods. Walking the quiet, tree-lined streets with my dog each day was one of the highlights of my trip. The property itself is gorgeous. The two separate fenced yards were such a treat, giving us different outdoor spaces to relax and play. The gardens, flowers, and mature trees are beautifully maintained and make the entire property feel peaceful and welcoming. The home has so much character. Built in 1901, you can truly feel the history while also enjoying all the thoughtful updates that make it comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything I needed, and the large dining table made it easy to imagine gathering with family or friends. There's also a wonderful outdoor table for enjoying meals in the garden. The layout offers plenty of room to spread out. The finished basement provides additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and comfortable spaces to relax. Upstairs, the primary bedroom and bathroom felt like sleeping in a cozy bird's nest. Surrounded by windows and complete with a beautiful clawfoot tub, it was a joy to wake up each morning with the windows open, listening to the birds sing. The hosts were communicative, welcoming, and easy to work with throughout the stay.I can't recommend this property highly enough. It was a wonderful place to stay.
