Beautiful spacious home in heart of Boulder

Fully remodeled home with gorgeous patios and mountain views. Close to lots of hiking trails and walking distance to downtown Boulder and CU Campus. Also a short walk to the Hill, Campus, Parks, Boulder Creek, shopping, food and bars. Ideal location for any parents visiting their kids at CU, business men looking for a clean and nice work environment, or a few families coming to vacation in Boulder.

The home is about 2700 sqft with an open layout. There are two master suites with their own bathrooms housing a King bed and a Queen Bed, three other rooms with a combination of bunk beds and a queen, queen and a comfortable pull out couch. Lots of sleeping room for large parties. Zoned for 3 unrelated parties

In the summer the garden is filled with home grown vegetables which you are welcome to cook with.

This was a lovely, fully equipped house in an amazing neighborhood in Boulder. Walkable to Pearl Street, Campus, and many hiking trails. We loved the front yard and backyard settings for a glass of wine. Living room, dining room and kitchen were a great open set up for our multi generational family gathering. Our host Jeff responded immediately. We will most certainly be back.

This house is a perfect 10. A group of friends (5 couples) came to Boulder for a football game and had a blast. The house is super spacious and has a wonderful layout for a large group. The kitchen is stocked better than our home kitchens. Amazing outdoor space too with a garden. We used some basil for a caprese salad. Jeff was very communicative and responsive. We all would highly recommend this house.

Great house in Boulder

Everything about the house is perfect. Good location, nicely furnished and a well appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook meals. Will definitely stay here again. Only detraction from our stay was lack of internet. Hoping they’ll have that worked out next time.

Mountain girls trip

We had a great time staying in Jeff's house! The listing is exactly as described - the house was beautifully updated and had plenty of room for all of us (10 women). It was also a convenient location and we could walk to most things. I would absolutely stay here again!

The place was unusually decorated in a very tasteful way. Getting in was easy and checking out too. The place was well stocked with pillows linen and towels and everything you could need in the kitchen. The hot tub was a real plus and worked great. The Owner was very nice and helpful. A great place to stay in wonderful Boulder!!

Best Thanksgiving Ever!!

Our Family had the best time in your perfect family home. We enjoyed cooking in your gourmet kitchen, eating all together on your beautiful farm table and watching movies together on your big comfy couch. You even provided a snow day for us!! the kids and dads loved the jacuzzi! We really appreciated your attention to detail and all the extra touches you provided. We all agreed we felt like we were at home. We defiantly hope to rent from you again!

Beautiful, incredible home - perfectly clean and very well appointed!

This wonderful home is in a great neighborhood both close to town and hiking. Inside and out, this house was a fabulous and comfortable place to stay with family for our son's wedding. Had a chance to meet and chat with our host Jeff - great guy! We will surely stay again on our next trip to Boulder!

Wonderful large home

We had 9 friends stay for a relaxed and healthy Bachelor’s weekend. There were plenty of beds, plenty of space, the kitchen and grill were fully stocked with everything necessary, the place was wonderfully clean and inviting. The hot tub and outdoors were excellent. The house is perfectly located near hikes and easy relaxing walks to town or campus. Easy drives to white water rafting and other longer hikes. We did it all and respected the property as it was perfectly well kept, so we did our best to leave it as is.

Beautiful house and fabulous location.

We rented AirCow for easter weekend. We are 2 families with 4 adults and six kids between ages 13-18. The house is sparkling clean and absolutely beautiful. All of the beds were comfortable and bathrooms are excellent. The kids spent lots of time in the hot tub. Adults enjoyed sitting outside in the front "porch" area drinking coffee or wine. We cooked dinner here one night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host left us with lots of coffee and tea as well as a bottle of wine which was greatly appreciated. Our first day, we walked down the block to the vista trail head. It is a great hike with a beautiful view and so convenient. We walked into town along the boulder creek trail which is a few blocks from the house. We also walked onto campus which was a very short walk. I would highly recommend this property and would love to come back again to this house if I have a big group. Thank you so much Jeff.

Perfect for our needs except...

Gorgeous house with all the trimmings. It's rare to find a rental so fully stocked with cleaning supplies, cooking equipment, and run of the mill necessities. That was unexpected and very helpful. Great location. Easy to get to both Pearl St and the hiking trails at Chautauqua. Our huge complaint is the sheets and towels. Every single bed had sheets that smelled of other people (presumably previous guests). One bed was missing the top sheet. The towels in every bathroom smelled of either other people or mildew. Given the high price of the rental, that's just unacceptable. We had to wash all the sheets and towels. Absurd. Relying on previous guests to follow your check-out process is sheer stupidity. Get a linen service. Niggling complaint: every pantry cabinet (and there are not many) is overflowing with previous guests leavings. There was zero room to put our things away which means our counter space was filled with all our food. The fridge was similarly stuffed—and a lot of that food was expired or unnecessary (I'm looking at you 4 bottles of soy sauce and salsa from MARCH of this year). Again, for rental cost the cleaning should have been so much better.

5 stars, only because 6 isn't an option. :) This house was vacation perfection for our family. Bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, amenities are high quality and the kitchen is very well appointed with everything you might need. We enjoyed coffee in the front yard each morning and a cocktail in the super cute backyard in the evenings. Easy 10-15 min walk to Pearl Street and all of the coffee shops, restaurants, and shops. On street parking was never an issue. This house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so college noise was just not a thing. Can't wait to go back in the fall so we can try the Pink Lady apples growing in the back yard! :D
