This was my home away from home for one week. The kitchen had all you could need, immediate hot water and strong showers and nice bedding. The place is quiet and easy access into town. The vibe of the place was fun & funky, highly recommend!

Great place to stay for a weekend in Boulder. Good location. Very clean, well stocked kitchen. Yard area is a bit small for dogs, just a heads up if you have medium size dogs, but I was more than appreciative that I was allowed to bring 2 dogs and it worked out, there is a park close by.

This was a perfect place to stay with pets. The fenced in side yard made it easy to hang out with them and the neighborhood was quiet, very walkable and with a view of the mountains. I'd definitely stay here again and I'd definitely refer my friends to Bruce's sweet stay.

Creative and quirky apartment walking distance to beautiful hikes and the best of downtown Boulder. The street was quiet and easy to park on and the yard and nearby hikes were perfect for our dog. Highly recommend!

As advertised ! Funky and useful space, so close to downtown but such a quiet neighborhood. We walked a lot. Small outdoor space with table. Shady. Yes, you can hear some dog footsteps above you. But I live in a multi floor space with dogs at home, so didn't put me out :) Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay in this artsy unit in a private home. The two bedrooms were a good size and the kitchen was well equipped. The unit was clean. The communication we had with the hosts prior to checking in was always easy with a quick response. The outside of the home is as artistic and funky as the inside. The unit has a vintage charming quality to it. Street parking was always available. I would stay here again if I’m back in Boulder.

What a great location! This Colorful Apartment is in a quiet neighborhood yet so close to trailheads, restaurants and a grocery store. We were very comfortable, enjoyed cooking and playing board games. The hosts make check in and check out very easy. We look forward to returning!

Generally everything was fine with two notable exceptions. There did not appear to be anyone living above our space on Friday night and Saturday morning. However there was bothersome foot traffic Saturday night, Sunday morning, Sunday night and Monday morning. The foot traffic was a nuisance until nearly one am both nights and started again shortly after seven am. The other problem was trying unsuccessfully to find a single station on the tv that broadcast a live event. No football, no baseball, no national news. I did find some tennis from Shanghai, China that was broadcast about 12 hours after it actually happened. No instructions from the hosts; no clue. We had invited friends from Boulder over for a drink and a college football game Saturday but had to change those plans. If paying guests are expected to bring their personally purchased streaming services then that matter should be made known to prospective renters. Thank you

Hello We are sorry that you found challenges with our apartment . Please when reading this guests review note that they locked themself out of the apartment without any way to let them know where the spare key was located (so that you could have easily let yourself back in). I am sorry you did not have your phone with you. We do let our guests know (in the property description) that we live upstairs and do our best to walk quietly (as well as having sound insulated the ceiling of the apartment), so if you need total silence, this is not the place for you. We also are available for issues with cable TV and never heard a word from you about this. Nonetheless we care about issues raised by our guests and do our best to respond to them. Warmly, Bruce
