One of the best spots to get those views of the Rocky Mountains on the Coal Creek Trail down the street, while being close to everything you want to do. 5 minute drive to restaurants and bars, 7-minute drive to 18 holes of disc golf, and 5-minute bike ride to miles of single track and downhill.

All of this is located in a quiet, freshly renovated walkout basement apartment with a private patio and plenty of space to get comfortable.

Like a hotel suite, but with all the extra amenities including a full kitchen (with all the cooking utensils you need), full laundry, and space for 6 people. This apartment has wonderful natural light at almost every time of day, multiple sitting areas so you don't feel cramped, and some of the softest towels on this side of the Rocky Mountains.

This place was our home away from home for Christmas this year, and it was perfectly located, lovely, clean, comfortable, welcoming, and stocked with all the amenities we needed for our little family, including two young kids. Dan was a great host, responded quickly to communications, and went above and beyond in providing us with a pack n play and a step stool to the bathroom sink for the kids. We will be back! This was our first VRBO experience and it was everything we'd hoped for and more. Our kids loved being here and we enjoyed having our own space while visiting family in the area. Great spot!

This was a great home base for us while we were in town for a wedding. It was plenty spacious and the kitchen was well equipped - perfect for cooking meals. There are wonderful walking/running trails very near by. We felt super comfy there! Thanks so much!

Amazing apartment

We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of a road trip around Colorado, with 2 young kids and 4 adults.The place was immaculate, spacious and had everything the listing promised. Compared to many other places we stayed at it was even fairly toddler proof, which was a nice surprise. In short we were very happy with our stay here. Lovely place, can highly recommend.

This was a fantastic property in a nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood. Host was super, answered my questions promptly. We were here mostly to just sleep but it was such a nice place and super clean (which I look for) for me it was a central location to Denver/Boulder/Rocky Mtn and Estes Park! Would recommend and would absolutely stay here again! Any and all amenities you can think of they had!!

Cozy retreat in Erie

The property was absolutely beautiful. The pictures were accurate, but we were surprised at the size of the place and all the amenities. We had a wonderful stay and appreciated everything the host provided.

Such a wonderful stay. The host has accounted for so many things little things that you feel right at home.High quality amenities like towels and bedding make you feel like you're getting good value for the cost of the stay.The host, Dan, was always immediately responsive to my messages, which is much appreciated.Only improvements I'd recommend would be more available outlets in the bedrooms as it was a bit of a hunt to get all our devices plugged in at the end of the night.

More comfortable than a hotel

One of the best home stays I've ever rented. Fully stocked kitchen, clean bathroom, laundry room, tons of room to hang out inside or out, thoughtful touches throughout, like board games and books for a rainy day. Would definitely stay here again.

You'll want to move in permanently

The property is very spacious - even more so than the pictures show. Everything you need is there, and it is nicely decorated. Comfy furniture too. You'll feel right at home. Great access for walking with major trails nearby. Also close to Erie community center which is very nice and very reasonably priced even for non-residents.

Erie for the week

Arrived at property, with everything, including check in as easy as it could be. Stores including Walmart only 11 minutes away and minutes away from I 25. Conveniently located and a nice spacious apartment, with all the amenities that you could ask for. Housed 6 of us for a week comfortably. Great property manager and a very clean apartment. Couldn't have asked for anything better.

Quite and comfortable

Spotless home. Very comfortable surroundings. Nice touch to have the materials for a good cup of coffee or a cup of hot tea. Easy access to get in and out. We’ll definitely come back again.

CU graduation stay

The property is spacious comfortable and clean. We were visiting for our son’s graduation from CU Boulder. Easy drive to campus - inexpensive uber ride if needed. We enjoyed morning walks on the beautiful trails in the neighborhood and morning coffee on the patio. Dan made sure to leave all the extras coffee and snacks would def stay again

Lovely, clean, fresh accommodations

This exceeded our expectations in how cozy, clean and welcoming it was. We didn’t spend a lot of time here other than some evening relaxation and sleeping but it would have been great even if we wanted to cook meals or spend the days. It was conveniently located for us between the airport and Boulder and was all we needed.
