This spotlessly clean and fully furnished apartment was remodeled in the spring of 2022. Includes new paint, lighting, linens, and accessories. Thoughtful additions include a countertop height bistro table and swivel chairs, for a view of the outdoors while dining.

Also available is a private laundry room, linens, and start-up supplies with monthly cleaning service should you stay 3-4 weeks.

Nice, quiet neighborhood

My wife and I were visiting my son who is going through chemotherapy (just 1 more treatment to go!!!). Dawn's place was less than a mile from his apartment so was very convenient. Dawn met us when we checked in and showed us around. She invited us to come up on her deck to watch the golfers and the sunset, but we never did follow through, because we weer with my son every evening. The apartment is plenty big for 2 people but if you tried to put 3 in it would be a crowd. We'd stay here agin wgen we visit.

Dawn goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. You’ll be centrally located to visit Boulder, Estes Park, Colorado Springs and many other surrounding little quant towns. We went constantly, however, coming back to stay here at night felt like home away from home. Felt like we had known Dawn forever, she truly is a special woman and offers great information about exciting things going on around her town and others! All her references were on point! Home base Rocky Mountains

Property is immaculate! Very quiet location. The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need. Twenty minutes to Boulder and a little over 1 hour drive to Rocky Mountains NP. Lots of grocery stores, Walmart and restaurants close by. Great communication from owner.

No, this posted picture is not me. But one sunny morning, this was my view of the putting green on 9th hole.

I am retired now and busy every day with golf, tennis, pickleball,
or a bike ride in Denver. But never too busy to help with suggestions or necessities
if requested. I am originally from the midwest and a graduate of Ball State and Purdue.

Why they chose this property

If you are like me, when you come home in the evening, you want to
relax with your recorded TV programs, a Netflix movie, a BBQ grill,
and most of all.....a comfortable, quiet, spotlessly clean, place to lay your weary head.

What makes this property unique

Before Covid, I rented to several couples who were visiting their grandchildren in the area and each couple stayed for a month. My apartment was a quiet relaxing place at the end of the day and each time it was within a few minutes from their children. Both couples have returned yearly for varied amounts of time.

And if you're looking for property to purchase, this is the perfect location with easy access to Denver and everything North. I think you'll agrree.
I hope my renters found their dream home.

So, depending on your interest, you have access to Rocky Mt. Nat. Park 70 min away,
and Denver 40 min. away. And if you love outdoor music events in the summer - you are perfectly located. Boulder, Louisville, Niwot, and Longmont are minutes away and all have weekly music events.
