Wonderful rental in a great location. Easy travel to running and hiking trails in Layfayette and Boulder. Very clean! The owner has the unit set up to meet guests expectations. Perfect for solo traveler. Would definitely stay here again.

This was an ideal spot away from hustle and bustle, but close enough that you could find it if you wanted it. It was quiet. Bed was very comfortable and Dawn was so friendly

We had a wonderful stay! The one-bedroom apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we could need. It was warm, inviting , and felt like a true home away from home. The views and outdoor seating area was just perfect for morning coffee and an afternoon glass of wine! The path around the golf course was lovely to take a nice evening walk while the sun was setting. The host was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and accommodating in every way. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

The property is a one Bedroom Apartment in the lower level of the hosts home. It was beautifully done with plenty of light and is right on the Golf course. Private entrance and room to park made it feel detached and secluded. Our host gave us a short tour of the place and made recommendations for activities in the area.

Wonderful property backing up to a quiet golf course. The golf course is open to the public and we enjoyed walking over to the clubhouse for dinner and the amazing sunset view! The apartment is clean and comfortable. Since we stayed four nights it was nice to have a big closet to hang clothes and unpack. We used the refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and dishwasher. Dawn was always available for questions, if we return to the area we will stay again!

We had a superb stay at the Golf Course Retreat, one of the best properties we’ve stayed at. The unit was spotlessly clean, beautifully equipped and comfortable in every way. Lots of thought went into all the details here and all the amenities throughout the apartment. The golf course location is just lovely, overlooking a pond and perfect for walks through gorgeous neighborhoods. Our host made us feel welcome and clearly wants guests to enjoy their stay; even had suggestions on things to do in the area. Communication was excellent. The location was perfect for visiting Boulder, Louisville, Longmont and environs. A experience.

Great place for Colorado visit

The property was beyond expectations -- very clean and well equipped -- in a location convenient to the suburbs east of Boulder. The host was exceptionally welcoming and told us of many local restaurants and attractions. We had a thoroughly wonderful stay and would definitely book again.

Beautifully quaint in gorgeous setting

This is a must for anyone looking for a quaint home away from home that provides easy access to Denver, Boulder and the highways to head to the mountains. Easily a 5-star accommodation with a private entrance and beautiful views and trails around the golf course. Highly recommend and I plan to stay here again when I’m heading to the Denver area.
