11 mile drive to Folsom Field, CU Buffaloe games!!! This spacious home is centrally located within 3 mins of downtown Erie, 25 mins downtown Denver and 15 mins downtown Boulder. This beautiful neighborhood is family friendly offering multiple private parks, dog park, walking trails, basketball courts, fishing reservoir etc.

The master suite is more than roomy, offering an adjustable king tempur-pedic, separate sitting area with desk, private walk out deck and is equipped with a huge bathroom wing with a separate shower, giant soaking bathtub, his/ hers sinks and a private enclosed bathroom.

On the same floor as the master suite are 2 more larger bedrooms offering a jack and jill his/hers sinks and a separate private enclosed full shower/bathroom.

The main floor is an open concept design. Which includes a living room, separate family room, 1/2 bath, granite counters, island kitchen, a full length dining room, beautiful stainless appliances, hardwood floor throughout home, walk out deck w/ grill, patio table and sitting area etc.

We are a family of four whom travels often. When we are home we have our own private apartment completely separate from our guests. Entrances/ exits are separate.

Our goal is for you to have an awesome experience and create memories!!

Great place to stay when visiting Boulder

We stayed while visiting our son who goes to UC for parents weekend. It’s quiet, very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Easy drive to Boulder and Denver. Great host. Highly recommend.

Great stay!

Great location in a neighborhood with a nice sidewalk and other walking paths close by! Close to Boulder and other cool towns. We have a little one who traveled with us, the owner was very accommodating and had age appropriate necessities and toys we were able to use during our stay. The owner was very quick to respond to messages before and during our stay! Overall a great experience!

Family Home in Erie

Property was located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is obviously a family’s home. It was easy to find from the interstate and a good location for us to get to the bolder boulder.

Nice house, but no place for clothes

This house was very nice. However you felt like the owners had just left for the week and left everything of theirs in place. There was literally no open drawers to put away your clothes. In every room each drawer was filled with the owners clothes. We were there for 5 nights and didn't expect to have to live out of our suitcases. There were childrens toys everywhere in the house as well as on the front porch. They were neatly stacked against the walls or on shelves but still you felt like you were in someone else's house. We had a small issue with getting into the house. Not the owners fault, the batteries died in the lock. The owners were VERY responsive and dealt with the situation.

Home away from home

This was our only choice for the Lafayette area that allowed us to host a small gathering for our wedding party during our stay. This was a greatly appreciated benefit of our stay which was wonderful; it felt like we were hosting from our home. We had plenty of room and most everything we needed. There is a reservoir nearby with a nice walking path and the neighborhood is quaint. The hosts were easy to work with too. If you are looking for a luxury stay, this is not the place, but if you need a place you and your family can relax in, this is a great choice.

Safe and quiet neighborhood, just a couple of minutes drive from downtown Erie. The house was clean and spacious with all the kitchen amenities that were needed to prepare our own meals. The beds were comfortable and everything in the house was in working order. The host was easy to get in touch with and check-in was smooth. Thanks

A Good Place To Stay

Communication is good. We enjoyed our stay. Amenities (kitchen, technology, appliances, etc) are good. The house is clean and the location worked well. It’s noteworthy a couple of flooring materials are unexpected but have no impact on the stay. The house is maintained with an occasional need for paint here and there. Upon arrival, check main level windows-doors are previous renter left all the windows unlocked. All in all we’re pleased and would rent again

The home was located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with convenient access to food and all the sightseeing we wanted to do. The home was clean and spacious and the property owner was quick to reply with any questions we had.

Quiet neighborhood in a less crowded part of Colorado!

My family enjoyed this lovely house in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Boulder/Denver. Easy drive to airport, mountains and all that you could wish for! The kids favorite part of the stay was the hammock chair on the front porch where they gently rocked and swayed for hours.

Second Time Stay

I stayed at this property when it had just become a VRBO property and again recently. Both times the owner of the home was very responsive to questions. The home is conveniently located to go to Denver, Longmont, and Boulder. We also did day trips to Estes both times from here. The three bedrooms worked perfectly both for my trip with childhood friends as well as my trip with my family.

Great place!

We had a wonderful time! Great, easy location. We came for a hockey tournament in Lafayette, spent a day in Denver and played games at the house. I did have an allergic reaction to the blankets so knowing if an animal lives in the house would have been good to know beforehand, but other than that, it's a great place to stay. And the host is wonderful! Friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay again, just make sure i have my allergy meds on hand! Lol

Not what we expected!

Late arrival to house in the rain walking thru a soggy wet rug to get to the front door. Walked in and opened door to a laundry room that was a mess. Cork board floor in one bedroom. Rubber gym floor in master bath. Unfinished drywall around the fireplace. Overall dissapoinying!

Nice & comfy

This is a lovely home with all the comforts you’ll need. 5 adults shared this space & there was plenty of room. It was clean & tidy & we really enjoyed our stay . The only suggestions we have is to upgrade to a full size coffeemaker instead of the hotel size, more plates & dishes (6 wasn’t enough).
