Landelijk gelegen vakantiewoning

Rustige omgeving, bij aankomst viel accommodatie wat tegen, maar na communicatie met de eigenaar werd er snel op onze vragen gereageerd, zoals schoonmaak van het zwembad en reparatie van de fietsen. Woonkamer is eigenlijk te klein voor 8 personen, maar met het mooie weer konden we gelukkig genieten van de tuin en het zwembad. Mooi gelegen, iets buiten mooi dorp Caderousse. Bezienswaardigheden/activiteiten goed bereikbaar.

Piscine et endroit très agréable mais Équipement cuisine limité pour 9 personnes couverts, bols, verres, pas de grill pain. Et problème de rinçage pour le lave vaisselle. L’etat Général de la location reste passable (à rafraîchir). La literie est à revoir.

Splendid big garden(parc) with pool Everything you need for a selfcatering holiday is available, even little luxury’s like a fan, or a blender. More even, everything works fine. The place was very clean, and the necessary maintenance available. Extremely friendly and efficient renting staff If the beds would be better, this would be a 5 star....

Plus rien à voir avec les photos malheureusement

Nous sommes arrivés au Mas avec de l'avance, le propriétaire ayant dit qu'il n'y avait aucun souci. Quand nous sommes arrivés, la dame de ménage était toujours là, nous avons juste poser les valises et nous avons attendu qu'elle termine. Elle nous annonce donc que malheureusement il y a un petit visiteur inattendu: une petite souris, que c'est normal on est à la campagne... je vis à la campagne je n'ai pas de souris dans ma maison! Ici il n'y en avait pas qu'une, toutes nos provisions ont été mangées chaque jour. Plus le nombre de crottes et les voir sur la table quand nous descendions à la toilette la nuit... tout ce qui est robinetteries est sales cassées, en tout cas en très mauvaise état. j'étais avec mon petit garçon de 3 ans et demi il y a pas de barrières à la piscine, niveau sécurité ça laisse à désirer d'autant plus qu'apparemment il y a eu des incidents les semaines précédentes nous a dit la voisine. je ne suis vraiment pas difficile mais si un jour Le Mas soli a été comme sur les photos c'était au tout début avant même qu'il n'y ait un visiteur dedans. la table de jardin etait aussi très sale, le bois aussi,ça se lave... nous avons relavé à fond deux fois sur la semaine. L'homme de l'entretien est venu faire l'entretien de la piscine deux fois la deuxième fois une heure après son passage l'eau est devenue verte., nous sommes assez déçus nous avons quitté la propriété avec un jour d'avance c'est bien une première pour des vacances... à revoir.

Love, Love, Love.....

We booked both Les Cypres and Oliviers for an extended family vacation and couldn't have been happier. Les Cypres was clean and exactly what we expected from the on line photos. Our two teens slept in the upstairs mezzanine on the single bed and foldout sofa and as fussy teens were both very comfy and in this room there was still plenty of room for both teenagers to have privacy and space. We loved the upstairs bedroom and the fussy French in-laws loved the bigger bedroom downstairs with their own private ensuite. The living space was well proportioned and there was enough indoor dining for all of us. The grounds offered space and privacy and the BBQ and outdoor dining under the tree offered enough room for the whole family. The pool was perfect for those long hot summer days especially with the shade from the umbrellas. The location of the property was perfect for all our sight seeing and day trips, it was rural but not isolated. A pleasant easy bike ride into the village to the cafe and boulangerie and the local super market has everything you need. Bernard, the property owner was very helpful with the few issues we had on arrival and everything was fixed as quickly as possible. Les Cypres was our favourite of the 2 properties on site although we highly recommend either property and definitely hope to return soon.

Super omgeving. Mooie ruime tuin met een heerlijk zwembad. Het echte Frankrijk!

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Huis is ruim genoeg voor vijf volwassenen en twee kleine kinderen. De airco in de woonkamer en op de boven verdieping kwam goed van pas. Buiten een heerlijke tuin en een geweldig zwembad. Jammer dat we maar twee weekjes bleven. Fijn dat er fietsen aanwezig waren. Alleen s avonds gebruikt om een rondje te fietsen. Alle mooie plaatsen zoals Orange, Avignon, nimes etc op korte afstand. We komen zeker een keer terug.

Not as expected

We stayed here in May ‘19’ but the property was not very clean in bathrooms and kitchen and the gardens were unkept and overgrown. There was a pool which was not ready and still being painted when we arrived and after one day of using it it turned green. The property is for 6-10 people and states there is one room with en-suite and a further two shower rooms and separate toilet, there is actually one en-suite a separate toilet and a shower room so the shower room and toilet could need to be shared between 8 people which is not ideal. The property had a shabby chic look which if was clean and organised could be lovely. The location to visit Provence was perfect with most things being 30-60 minutes away.

A quiet and well located property near Orange

We had a very nice stay in this property in Provence. The property is situated out of town and therefore very quiet. Les Cypres is part of 4 enclosed properties sharing a pool and the garden. We only had 2 neighbours who were very quiet and respectful. There was pretty much everything we needed to have a nice stay. While not luxurious, the property was well appointed and comfortable.

Un séjour fantastique

Nous avons loué le gîte Les Cyprès du 1er au 8 juillet 2017. Nous étions cinq adultes et nous avons vraiment apprécié le confort, les équipements et la situation géographique. Nous avons profité de la piscine et utilisé les vélos pour découvrir le charmant village de Caderousse. Ce fut un séjour inoubliable et nous recommandons chaudement ce gîte.
