CHARMING HOUSE WITH BEAUTIFUL SEA VIEW

House of 58 m2 on one level, very quiet, for 6 people, with beautiful sea view, terrace (table, chairs, loungers, barbecue) and garden. Semi-detached house without facing south / west vis-à-vis.
Living room to the outside, clear and warm, with a sofa bed (140) new and comfortable, TV, table and 6 chairs.
Open kitchen with a bar, very functional and fully equipped (household appliances very recent) with a grocery money and household goods available.
A modern bathroom, separate WC.
Upstairs, two large bright rooms with sea views and garden. The first with balcony, bed 140 and the second with 2 beds 90 or a bed 180, very recent bedding + cot umbrella (with sheets and duvet).
WIFI connection.
No smoking but smoking can quiet in the garden.
Children welcome. Pets on request.
Private parking in residence.
This very quiet residence is located in the heart of the resort, close to shops (Intermarché, bakeries, restaurants, newsagents, etc) and 15 minutes walk from the beaches (including the beach of Tresmeur the best exposed of the whole Pink Granite Coast and protected from the wind) and the harbor.
Cleaning and bed linen and towels included.

Ruhig jedoch zentral

Wir waren im September dort. Sehr, sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ( kleines Reihenhaus) liegt ebenerdig im hinteren Teil einer Wohnanlage. Es hat zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer im oberen Bereich, über eine schmale Treppe gelangt man ins Erdgeschoss und steht im offenen Ess-, Küche-, Flur- und Wohnbereich ( 1 Raum). Das Bad / Toilette ist durch eine Tür getrennt. durch ein Tor kommt man auf das Gelände und das Auto steht sicher. Durch ein kleines Tor gelangt man in 2-3 Gehminuten zu einem großen Supermarkt. Zum Strand ist es leider zu weit und hoch gelegen um es zu laufen. Da die Wohnung auch vom Eigentümer genutzt wird sind auch einige Privatsachen wie Lebensmittel, Duschsachen etc. vorhanden. Der einzige Nachteil kurz vor uns waren wohl Mieter drinnen die sich wie die Schweine verhalten haben und der Putzfrau blieb leider nicht genug Zeit um alles richtig sauber zu machen. Aber dafür kann weder der Eigentümer, die Agentur oder die Putzfrau was. Das war halt nicht ganz so schön.

Séjour agréable

Petite maison avec jardinet donnant sur la végétation avec, au loin, la mer. Cette location est parfaitement équipée, les lits sont faits à l'arrivée (ce qui est un plus), bref on a passé un agréable séjour avec l'envie d'y revenir. Quant à l'accueil d'Anne-Sophie, on ne peut attendre mieux.

Location idéale

Cette location a absolument tout pour plaire : Le contact avec les propriétaires et Anne Sophie est chaleureux, L’emplacement idéal pour rayonner, proche des différentes plages, La vue sur mer, le jardin, l’emplacement de parking devant la maison sont très appréciables. Les chambres sont grandes, les grandes baies vitrées apportent une superbe lumière. Tout le nécessaire est dans cette petite maison pour débuter les vacances. Calme absolu et super literie pour toute la famille. Je recommande vivement !!!

Trébeurden côte granit rose

Séjour très agréable. Location appartement/ maison en duplex spacieux, très agréable, avec jardin et tout ce qu'il faut pour y passer de bons moments, dans résidence fermée, avec vue sur mer. Calme. (Proche des commerces) Tout le nécessaire est à disposition. Il ne manque rien. Tout pour passer un séjour sympa en famille. Jolies ballades à faire: sentier des douaniers ( GR 34 ).... Le paysage est magnifique. On en prend plein les yeux. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Petite maison charmante, fonctionnelle et très agréable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison, petit jardin et terrasse ont été très appréciés. Tout est fonctionnel, il ne manque de rien dans la maison, c'était même au delà de nos espérances. La maison est au calme, notre chien et nous avions passé de bons moments. Nous avions été très bien accueilli avec crêpes et cidre dans le frigo et la location était parfaitement propre. Si nous revenons dans le coin nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Ce duplex est très bien conçu et comprend toutes les commodités d'un petit appartement .L'endroit est calme ,verdoyant et très lumineux.Idéal pour y rester quelques jours et visiter ainsi la région.Notre hôtesse , Anne-Sophie nous a reçu de manière fort sympathique et avons beaucoup apprécié l'escapade en bateau avec M.Pogam. A noter quand même que la plage est à une distance certaine , donc nécessité d'avoir un véhicule pour y arriver .

SUPERBE LOCATION

Magnifique maison spacieuse et lumineuse où rien ne manque. Tout a été pensé pour que les vacanciers se sentent bien et ne se soucient de rien. Tout est fourni et de qualité tant en linge de maison, qu'en produits ménagers et base alimentaire. proche de la mer dans un charmant village fleuri sur la superbe côte de granit rose. jean Yves et sa femme sont charmants et toujours présents pour une information ou autre.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir avec mes petits enfants qui ont été enchantés de leur, séjour. merci pour tout. SUPER SEJOUR

Nous avons passé un séjour enchanteur, la maison est très agréable, propre, la déco est sympa, la literie parfaite. en plus le petit jardin est un havre de verdure sur fond de mer. les propriétaires sont sympa, ils parlent bien de leur Bretagne et en plus on a pu faire un tour de bateau (payant bien sûr) avec Jean Yves la personne qui nous accueille et cela vaut le coup, en plus super plan de poisson frais au port Sauveur de l'Ile Grande. location à conseiller +++
