Kleines Ferienhaus in Ferienanlage

Den schöne Sandstrand Cupabia kann man zu Fuß mit einer kleinen Wanderung erreichen. Das Haus und die Anlage sind leider dringend renovierungsbedürftig. Notwendige Reparaturen im Haus.

La cuisine est neuve de 2021 (voir photos de l'annonce) et les peintures sont toutes recentes. Je suis navré que le petit store du salon se soit décroché mais cela peut arriver ;) et cela constitue du petit bricolage et non des travaux de "grande envergure" :). Le minigolf mérite effectivement d'être repeint. Bien cordialement. Olivier.

Location en résidence

Cette location ce trouve d'ans une résidence divisé en petit hameau avec de petits maisons mitoyenne. Il y à aussi deux petits immeubles avec des studios. Piscine, mini golf, boulodrome, lingeries. Un chemin accès à la plage assez abrut il faut compter 4km aller retour.

Un logement très agréable

Petit logement très bien agencé. Au cours de notre voyage itinérant, c'est le seul logement qui ait des toilettes séparées et c'est très pratique ! La terrasse est adorable et fait exotique. La résidence est jolie, familiale et adaptée aux jeunes enfants. Pour les plus grands, la jolie plage est même accessible à pied (env. 20mn). La piscine est assez grande avec vue sur la mer. Le snack est pratique, les burgers délicieux. La laverie est assez chère. Le logement est très bien équipé, y compris des équipements pour enfant. Le propriétaire se soucie de ses hôtes et la personne qui nous accueille est très sympathique également. Je recommande cette location vivement !

Très agréable

Séjour très agréable dans ce logement bien équipé et bien tenu. Résidence calme et agréable avec les services nécessaires pour de bonnes vacances. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir la Corse du Sud.

Très bon séjour

L'annonce correspond bien à la réalité. La piscine était fermée mais nous ne comptions pas l'utiliser, préférant la plage de Cupabia proche. Location choisie en raison de son emplacement géographique dans une région que nous connaissons bien.

nous avons aimer dans l'ensemble avec quelques imperfection odeur humidité dans le logement sur tout le séjour , accueil moyen , panne d'eau chaude le vendredi a la veille de partir pas de véhicule a l'intérieur de la résidence nous aimons la corse mais ne conseillerons pas cette location a nos amis
