Great property.

The location of the property being one block north of the square and west of the water was awesome. The unit was clean and neighbors very friendly. Communication with the property manager was great. Lots of great restaurants so close to the unit.

Over all good stay

The location was where we wanted to be. Right downtown, close to things to do. There is a bar a few buildings away and it gets very loud until the wee hours in the morning. There was no tv in the room, there is no comfortable furniture to relax on. Only the bed and a futon. A couple of comfortable chairs and sofa would be very helpful. And a floor fan to help move air around the room. There is a ceiling fan above the bed. The air conditioner works good but it very loud. The outside furniture is a metal table and chair. Could use some cushions for comfort.

Bad Bad BAD

Told did not have reservation! More worry about number of people with me. Manager had not answered any message after 7-1-19. Apartment had to be cleaned, someone more out and nothing was done as far as cleaning. No water pressure, Millions of ANTS. Moved in on Saturday told manager was coming, moved out on Monday manager a NO SHOW. Not told how to access WiFi. so could not contact him. Still have not received any refund.
