Located in the heart of Cozumel, just a block from the ferry. You can find restaurants, shops, bars, pharmacies, banks, rental cars, diver shops and everything you might need just around the corner.
The apartment is ample and full of light. You have a bedroom with a little balcony to the pedestrian street, a private bathroom, a full kitchen with everything you might need to cook, a resting area with tv and a sofa bed, wifi, satellite tv and Netflix for rainy days or just relax.
After a busy day of visiting the island you can relax in the garden in the loungers and have a beer.
You can make a bbq in the grill or take a walk down the waterfront just a block away.
Definitely the best place to stay in Cozumel.

the heart of Cozumel

Loved staying here, in the hustle and bustle of Cozumel. Sara was attentive and response when I had a question about check in. The apartment was clean, everything in working order and perfect for a solo traveler. Great balcony to watch the busy street and deck to relax at night with a cold beer. Will be returning with friends!

Convenient Cozy place downtown.

Although, there were a few hiccups with check in. Carmen responded quickly, within 5 min and all was well. Location is conveniently located downtown.

Private apartment in an amazing location!

Sara was amazing! She answered all our questions making our first trip to Cozumel absolutely perfect! The sitting areas and backyard always had shade. Minutes to the ferry. Walk our tight in the square or one block and you’re in the local area with many amazing restaurants. Highly recommend!!!
