Our private beach is known on the island as the premier beach for kiteboarding, foiling, and windsurfing. Try stand-up paddle boarding or kayaking when the wind is not blowing!

Be lulled to sleep by a gentle breeze and the sound of waves lapping onto the soft sandy beach that is 75 paces out your front door. Be greeted in the morning by the calls of birds. Enjoy leisurely strolls on the beach and placid nights stargazing on the rooftop terrace. Whether you are planning an adventure-packed vacation or a relaxing getaway to this Caribbean paradise, Sugar Magnolia Condo will be the perfect home base for your stay in Cozumel.

Take a break from daily chores and feel pampered by our cleaning service - at no extra cost to you! Our staff will clean the kitchen and do your dishes, clean the home, make the beds, and switch out clean towels and fresh linens as needed - all included in the rental price!

This two-level condo's living room, kitchen, and powder room are on the first floor, and two spacious bedrooms with two full bathrooms are on the second floor. Large windows with garden and jungle views bring lots of light and cool breezes into every space. If our guests prefer a chill in the air, each room has a dedicated A/C unit to keep our guests feeling comfortable.

Guests can choose to dine out or eat in thanks to our fully-equipped kitchen. Chef services are available upon request for an additional daily fee.

Forget about overpacking: our in-unit washer/dryer is available to guests free of charge.

10 minutes from the party and a few steps from paradise.

Great quiet spot on the northern part of the island. The location was perfect. We were able to setup a couple days of scuba, kite surfing, and fly fishing. Landed Jacks, Snook, Bones, and hooked a couple Tarpon. Just missed on the grand slam. Hosts were awesome about making us feel welcome and recommending some amazing restaurants. 10 minutes from downtown and many food options. Try the Barria Tacos. We will be staying here again.

Ryan, really stoked you guys had such a great time. Obviously there were some mismatched expectations about housekeeping. Our staff will come 2-3 times over the course of the week to do light cleaning. In the future, we can arrange to have a daily cleaning service that would take care of your dishes, the trash, laundry, and bed making so that we can all be happier. We will also talk to our staff about what she could have done differently to help you out. Hopefully next time you land that Permit and get the grand slam!

Cozumel stay

The unit was very nice, well kept. The weekly cleaning was a bonus we did not expect. The location is positive and negative. The negative is that you are far from town and will require a car rental for your stay, even getting a taxi is a bit of a chore mainly walking down the road about 1klm to get one. The positive is the beach is steps away and is very private beautiful sand beach. Overall a very nice place.

Born & raised in Mexico City, I grew up traveling to Cozumel with my family. I learned to snorkel when I was 8 and scuba dive when I was 12 and haven't stopped since! Now I also enjoy stand-up paddling boarding, kayaking, and watching my husband kiteboard all over the island.

Why they chose this property

Country Club Estates is on one of the only natural beaches on the leeward side of Cozumel. Sunsets on the beach or the building's rooftop terrace are spectacular!

When winds blow in from the East or North, San Juan beach becomes a kiteboarders' and windsurfers’ paradise. Otherwise, the calm waters provide excellent opportunities for beach lounging, stand-up paddle boarding, snorkeling, kayaking, and swimming.

Having traveled to Cozumel my entire life, I've found that the North shore of the island offers the same peace and quiet as the South shore, without the long drives into town, big hotel properties, and pesky cruise ship traffic.
