Located in a green and quiet, this villa offers all the comfort for an exceptional stay. You will be only 30 minutes by car from the Mediterranean Sea and from numerous remarkable tourist sites such as the Pont du Gard, the city of Aigues Morte, the wild beauty of the Cevennes, the immense beaches of La Grande Motte, the Museums of Montpellier , the magnificent Arènes de Nîmes, the beautiful town of Uzès, the cycling paths on the Voie Verte, walking or horse riding in the whole region .... and just a 10 minute walk away you can go in the heart of the beautiful medieval city of Sommières with its shops, famous markets, arenas, river and shady quays with its many bars and restaurants ...
In the villa you will find all the comfort you need. All 5 rooms are air-conditioned with 4 bathrooms or shower. One kitchen inside and another in the "pool house" outside.
The 5 rooms can accommodate 11 adults and therefore is perfectly suitable for families with large or small children.
Numerous terraces surround the villa which offers 240 m2 of habitable surface all in foot and without stairs.
All rooms have large picture windows that allow the occupants to access the exteriors directly.
Inside: TV with subscription Canal + and Canal Sat, board games, table football and boules pétanque for outdoor ...
The ground of 4000 m2 is entirely done up, sported, flowered and closed.
The pool is exceptionally large with over 90 m2 and over 16 m in its longest length. It is secured for children by a regulatory barrier.
The parking inside the property is always shaded and can accommodate several cars.
Access via the portal is automated and is done by remote control.
The villa is equipped with protection systems.

We had the house for 1 week, Roland and his wife are great people and very helpful, they had wine and water for us in the fridge! the house was perfect for everyone, Sommiere is a lovely town!

A stunning pool, a delight for swimming and relaxing, ranging in depth of about 1.2m once off the steps to 1.6m. The garden was perfect for our 6 and 7 year old grandchildren, and they loved swimming and picking tomatoes and herbs from the vegetable garden. 5 bedrooms allowed everyone to have their own space. We didn't really spend time in the lounge, which seats about 6 comfortably. Sommieres has a beautiful, small old centre, and every summer it hosts a festival, with music and other entertainment each evening. Nearby, our family enjoyed trips to some caves and a forest adventure centre.

Magnifique et paisible

Super séjour dans une villa magnifique où il fait bon vivre. La piscine est d une taille exceptionnelle et permet de profiter à plusieurs sans se gêner ! Lieu calme et paisible. Très bonne adresse ! Nous la recommandons.

Deux semaines inoubliables à Sommières

On a passé deux semaines inoubliables dans la villa de Mireille et Roland . Le contact avec Roland et Mireille était aisé, rapide et très agréable tout comme l'acceuil qu'on a eu en arrivant à Sommières. La propriété est dans état excellent et rien ne manque en équipement. Le Wifi fonctionne même sur la terrace ce que les enfants on également adoré. On a su profiter du barbecue et de la plancha électrique pour préparer des dîners succulents et la machine à glaçons a perfectionné les cocktails. On a également apprécié la climatisation des chambres sans laquelle les nuits auraient été très désagréables. Quant au point (le plus) fort de la propriété: la piscine! Aux dimensions impressionnantes, la piscine était très propre, le pisciniste s'occupant de l'entretien et du nettoyage 1 fois par semaine. L'eau était bien tempérée et l'effet "infinity pool" ne plaisait pas seulement à l'oeil mais aide aussi éliminer rapidement les feuilles et insectes. Un grand merci également à Marika pour être passé tôt le matin pour l'état des lieux lors de notre départ.

The property is fabulous and set in beautiful gardens.

Our family were lucky enough to be invited to a family wedding near Sommieres and we had hoped to hire a villa together. With small children it was very important also that there was a pool. So there were three couples, my husband and I, our two daughters and son-in-laws and 5 grandchildren. The bedrooms and bathrooms/ ensuites are in three ‘ wings’ and the double with adjoining bedroom was perfect for one family, the other wing had two bedrooms for the other family and we had the luxury suite ! Roland and Mirielle were very welcoming and helpful. A lovely house in a lovely setting. Thank you.

Très agréable séjour dans jolie propriété située dans une région très sympathique

Cette région de France était une découverte pour nous et nous n'avons pas été déçu du voyage. Jolies rencontres avec des gens très sympathiques, passionnés et festifs. Quant à la villa à proprement parler elle a plus que répondu à nos attentes. Le descriptif mentionné sur le site ainsi que les photos sont tout à fait conformes à la réalité, voire même en dessous. La surprise à l'arrivée n'en est que meilleure. Maison très confortable, splendide piscine et terrasse/pool house couverte; chambres et salles de bain spacieuses. Rien ne manque dans la maison. Le seul bémol que j'ai entendu parmi le groupe est la qualité du wifi qui est assez faible. Le village (très joli) se trouve à 15 min de marche par un joli sentier (un peu moins facile quand il faut remonter mais ça fait partie du sport) et était extrêmement animé pendant la période où nous y avons séjourné (15 premiers jours d'août). Il y a également beaucoup d'activités aux alentours et vraiment pour tous les goûts et tous les âges. Et finalement, le mot de la fin pour les propriétaires qui sont également très sympathiques, disponibles, prévenants tout en étant très discrets. Bref, une très belle expérience que nous ne demandons qu'à renouveler. Merci encore Roland et Mireille de nous avoir permis de passer ces jolies vacances.... Et au plaisir de vous revoir un jour !

Superbe en famille et entre amis

Yolande Séjour en août 2015 Séjour du 18 juillet au 1er août. Nous étions 2 familles (4 adultes + 5 enfants) et ne nous sommes jamais marchés dessus!!! La grandeur de la maison est juste parfaite. Quant à la piscine, le rêve! La cuisine est équipée avec tous les ustensiles courants. Vaisselle à profusion. Aucun vis-à-vis: le calme, la tranquillité. On atteint très vite Sommières et ses charmantes petites rues avec pleins de restaurants. Coup de coeur pour l'Evasion! Beaucoup de commerces (hypermarchés) dans les environs proches. Ce logement est à recommander vivement et, si nous devions retourner dans la région, nous souhaiterions loger à nouveau dans cette belle maison. Le contact avec le propriétaire, Roland, a également été très bien. Très arrangeant, il nous a donné de bons conseils. Bref, à recommander!!!
