GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS

PETS (to be checked with the landlord)

ARRIVAL – DEPARTURE

From Saturday at 5:00 pm until Saturday before 10:00 pm

NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS

The number of tenants may not exceed 16 people (children included). In case of non-compliance with these rules, additional charges will be applied (100 € per day and per person) and will be the object of a deduction from the security deposit.

USE OF PREMISES

The tenant will occupy the premises without causing disturbance and for the intended purpose only.
All facilities are in working order, all the complaints concerning them, occurring more than 24 hours entering the premises, cannot be accepted. The repairs made necessary by the carelessness or the poor maintenance during the rental will be chargeable to the tenant.

CLEANING FEE

The end-of-stay cleaning fee does not include cleaning the kitchen.
All the furniture listed on the inventory will have to be returned to their original place.

EARLY DEPARTURE

Tenants who leave the property before the end of the agreed rental period will nevertheless pay the cost of the full period.

INSPECTION AND INVENTORY

An inspection and inventory of the furniture and fittings will be made at the start and end of the lease by the landlord and the tenant. An inventory file will be done and signed. The tenant has 24 hours to inform of any perceived irregularities. After this period, the rented properties will be considered as free of damage at the entrance of the tenant.

The security deposit will be returned within 10 days after the date of departure in the absence of degradation and subject to proper restoration of the premises (kitchen cleaning included). If the landlord finds damage, he must inform the tenant by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within a week. Consequently, he will have a period of 2 months after the departure date to return the deposit deducting damage, loss of objects ...

As regards the duly noticed deteriorations, they will be subject to a deduction on the deposit, the amount of which will be assessed by the landlord.

INSURANCE

The tenant must insure the premises rented. The tenant must therefore check that his domestic insurance policy covers holiday accommodation. In the opposite case, he must intervene with his insurance company and ask to extend the guarantee, or take out a special contract under the resort clauses.

An insurance endorsement will be requested upon delivery of the keys.

SECUTITY DEPOSIT

The amount of the deposit is set at 3000 €. No key will be issued until payment is received, balance and security deposit. The security deposit will be returned within 10 days after the date of departure in the absence of degradation and subject to proper restoration of the premises (kitchen cleaning included). If the landlord finds damage, he must inform the tenant by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and will be subject to a restraint on the deposit.

CANCELLATION

All cancellations must be notified to the landlord by registered letter.
In that case, the deposit paid by the tenant will be kept by the landlord.

SECURITY OF TENURE

In no circumstances can the tenant stay in the property after the expiration of the rental period.
