Beautiful architect-designed house, comfortable and spacious, with well-enclosed enclosed garden of 800 m2 and heated swimming pool not overlooked. You will have a terrace surrounding the house facing East, South and West.
Ground floor: Kitchen bar, opening onto a large, very bright room consisting of a dining room, a living room with fireplace and large bay windows overlooking the garden and the terrace. An independent bedroom on the ground floor, with 1 double bed, independent toilet and its bathroom.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 1 of which opens onto a large terrace with open views, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with a 2-seater sofa bed. Separate toilets, large bathroom with shower and bathtub.
The house is equipped with lots of storage. All the equipment is new. Bikes available.
Everything is there for you to spend a quiet, relaxing and relaxing stay.

Nearby: 2 supervised beaches between 500 m and 1 km, immediate access to the salt marshes, on foot from the house, for beautiful walks among the birds. Beautiful market at 200 m, twice a week.

Possibility to provide Sheets & Towels with supplement.

Un séjour parfait

Une belle propriété familiale trés bien entretenue, confortable et décorée avec goût dans une région fort agréable et située juste à côté de l'océan. Tout a été complétement conforme à l'annonce. Avoir un vélo est un plus pour parcourir les alentours. Pleines de belles choses à visiter entre Guérande, ses salines, le bord de mer ou les villes de Vannes et de la Roche Bernard plus au nord. Pour les geeks pas de WI-FI mais connexion 4G. Pour les fans de baignade une piscine chauffée avant de piquer une tête dans l'océan.

Belle maison, beau cadre et très belle région

Super séjour dans une belle demeure très bien située. Beaucoup d'activités et de visites à faire. Très bonne communication avec les hôtes. Seul petit bémol, la "vétusté" de certains équipements à disposition (vélos, barbecue …) mais qui n'enlève en rien la qualité du séjour. Nous recommandons vivement !

Absolut erholsam und vollkommen ruhig gelegen. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Schöner Pool. Wir haben uns (zwei Familien) sehr wohl gefühlt und herrlich relaxt. Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Ausreichend Fahrräder für kleinere Ausflüge vorhanden. Leider kein WiFi im Haus. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.
