Located in the heart of the highly desired North Forest Beach neighborhood, Lark 2 is a spacious 4-bedroom and 3-bath home that exudes Lowcountry beach cottage flare. Just 4 rows from the beach, this stilted home is less than 300 feet from access to the world-famous Hilton Head Island beaches. The proximity to the beach, private pool and spa, and open floor plan of this house are the perfect ingredients in a recipe for a perfect vacation!
Upon entering the home, you are instantly greeted with an expansive great room with 2-story vaulted ceilings and stylish plank wood flooring. The start of this great room is the living area with ample seating for the entire family to spread out while watching their favorite shows and movies on the large flatscreen TV.

Just beyond the living area, you will find a large dining table with enough seating for up to 8 people. The dining area is masterfully lit and decorated to provide the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing dinner.

Further into the house, you will find an expertly appointed gourmet galley kitchen featuring updated stainless-steel appliances. Easily find all the tools needed to prepare award-winning family meals or to pack your snacks for a full day of adventures across the island. Unlike traditional galley kitchens, this kitchen features a large window that opens into the great room allowing you to still enjoy the company of others while crafting fantastic treats.

Just off the kitchen is a secondary dining area with seating for 6 allowing you to conveniently and comfortably entertain friends and family that may be staying nearby. This area also features a full-size washer and dryer discreetly tucked away behind louvered closet doors.

Off the great room, at the front of the house, you will find the large primary bedroom suite. This room features a large king-size bed and a flatscreen TV for plenty of room to stretch out for a movie in bed. The primary bedroom has direct access to a screened-in porch with plush seating. This is a perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee and to hear the crash of the nearby waves as you prepare for all the adventures the day will hold. The spa-like en-suite bathroom features a double vanity sink that provides ample space for getting ready in the morning or freshening up after a long day at the beach. The large walk-in shower features two benches for added luxury and comfort.
Across the great room from the primary suite, you will find two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The front bedroom features 2 twin beds and a flatscreen TV perfect for the kids. The back bedroom features a cozy queen size bed, flatscreen TV, and a large sliding door that opens to view the pool and backyard below. This bedroom also features a direct entrance to the shared bathroom. This bathroom features a large double vanity sink with plenty of cabinets and counter space to tuck away all your necessities, as well as a tub/shower combo for the option to take a relaxing bath or a quick shower.

Up the stairs, just of the great room, you will find another spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed and an attached en-suite bathroom. This bedroom offers supreme privacy and a large closet with enough space to fit every fashionable outfit you will want to bring. The en-suite bathroom features a single vanity and has a tub/shower combination.

Lark 2 truly sets itself apart with well-appointed exterior living spaces. Just off the kitchen on the main level is a large deck providing a bird’s eye view of all the fun and games sure to be had in the pool and play area below. On the ground level is the spacious private inground pool and spa that is lushly landscaped with a bevy of native tropical plants. This area provides a perfect space for all-day play or just a quick dip after a day at the beach. Both the pool and spa can be heated during the cooler months for an additional charge.

Surrounding the pool is a concrete sun deck with ample space to relax in the afternoon sun as well as a covered seating area to remain cool in the shade. The covered seating area also features a table and chairs for dining al fresco. The owners of the home have also supplied a beach cart, beach chairs, various beach/pool items that are kept under the carport for guest use.

With covered parking under the home and 2 separate driveways, Lark 2 provides ample space for parking up to 4 cars.

A non-refundable fee of $225.00 per pet plus tax is required if you are bringing a pet. Max is 2 dogs; 75 pounds per dog.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
