Péssima anfitriã. Não nos enviou o codigo de acesso. Mas enviou-nos uma mensagem a dizer que nos cobraria um extra (substancial) se quisessemos lencois e toalhas! Chegamos pelas 19h00 e nada... telefonámos-lhe e deixámos mensagem nos dois telefones e nada. Só após reclamarmos junto da VRBO, por "acaso" (segundo a própria que, descobrimos depois, mora mesmo ao lado!), passados uns bons 40 minutos, apareceu a reclamar que não tinhamos respondido à mensagem do pagamento extra... Lá nos deu a chave. E cobrou-nos o extra por lencois todos engelhados (nem passados a ferro foram). E não nos descontou as toalhas, que fomos nós que trouxemos. Mas isto continuou. Preocupou-se muito com a nossa hora de check-out, que dissemos que cumpriríamos (e cumprimos). E ainda mandou um email a posteriori com reclamações sem sentido. Enfim, conseguiu ser uma péssima anfitriã antes, durante e depois. Isto acabou por apagar tudo o que pudessemos dizer de mau ou de bom sobre o apartamento, pois a estadia ficou obliterada por este incompreensível comportamento.

Nous avons passé une seule nuit dans ce logement très sympa avec 4 grands enfants. Déco très sympa également. Beaucoup d'équipements à disposition à l'intérieur du logement. Quartier plutôt calme en n'étant pas très loin du vieux Vannes. Je le conseille vivement

Mauvaise foi!!

Bon emplacement, propreté a grandement améliorer, pas de papier toilette et le propriétaire nous rappelle APRÈS un état des lieux où il n’y avait rien à dire pour nous facturer un nettoyage !

L’appartement était très propre à l’arrivée. Par contre en partant, il y avait des miettes sur la table, des cheveux dans les toilettes et le clic clac n’était même pas replié. Concernant le papier toilette il y’avait bien un rouleau à disposition. Personnes non respectueuses des lieux car le ménage n’a pas été fait à la sortie.

SEJOUR AGREABLE MAIS .... PROPRIETAIRES UN PEU MOINS

Nous avons passé une nuit dans l'appartement qui est très bien aménagé et très propre mais l'accueil et surtout le départ n ont pas été d'une grande amabilité de la part des propriétaires ! ils nous ont fait un état des lieux détallé et pointilleux a la limite de la politesse alors qu'ils ne nous en avait pas fait à l'arrivée et que nous y avons passé que la nuit ! nous sommes habitués à louer et nous n'avons jamais connu ce genre de désagrément !
