Great location

This apartment was exactly as shown. It was roomy, comfortable and clean. The location was ideal and the parking space very convenient. Thanks for Benoit for being an awesome 'tour guide' with his suggestions and recommendations for where to explore to best enjoy the Golfe Du Morbihan!

Seconde reservation de cet appartement pour nos vacances et vraiment pas decu Tres bien placé 3 minutes à pieds du centre et du port de plaisance avec le confort nécessaire Le propriétaire n’est pas en cause mais le parking trop cher,cela nous a coûté 120e la semaine ce qui est quand meme pas donné et surtout malgré la réservation tres difficile d’avoir une place car les réservations ne donne pas accès à une place attitrée Et pour les famille qui loue il serait top d’avoir à disposition des jeux de sociétés (cartes,dominos,monopoly et autres) et aussi netflixsur la tv serait interessant pour les familles avec des enfants

Bel appartement très bien situé

Grand appartement, bien équipé ! Hôte chaleureux et bonne communication. Nous étions 3 avec notre petite de 2,5 ans, et tout s'est très bien passé. Les lits sont confortables, l'appartement est au calme, avec un certain cachet. Les seuls moins : - pas facile de se garer dans le secteur, il vaut mieux poser la voiture dans une zone gratuite et marcher un peu. Mais vue la localisation, ce n'est pas gênant ! - Attention les photos de l'annonce montrent une terrasse qui n'est pas pour cet appartement mais un autre dans le même immeuble. Super séjour avec plein de choses à faire à proximité !

Great location next to the port

The location was great next to the port with access to the old town. The kids loved the skate park at the harbour and bicycle trail along the water. Benoit is very helpful and has good advice on where to go.

Appartement agréable à vivre

Bon accueil. Appartement très agréable, spacieux et très bien situé. Il nous a manqué quelques petites choses pour compléter l'équipement de l'appartement, comme de la lumière dans le couloir, des porte-serviettes dans la salle de bain, un volet dans la 3e chambre etc...

Lovely appartment near Vannes beautiful harbour

We loved our stay in this characterful property - Benoit (the owner) was friendly and ready to help. The appartment is ideally situated very close to Vannes harbour - with its beautifully scented 'Promenade du Rabine'. The historic part of Vannes was so close- with its many quaint old buildings, streets + alleys. The parking was not far away and we could pay for the length of our stay which was a really good price. The facilities in the appartment (including the internet connection) was good and we loved the period features. The choice of restaurants was varied and quite a few also offered vegan choices. The weather was amazing during our stay and the boat tours were fantastic - we also recommend visiting 'The Belle Ile en Mur' and the local picturesque beach of the 'Plage de Conleau' . We would definitely choose to stay here again...

Comfortable character property

If location is your priority, this is brilliant - literally a street over from the port and the old walled city. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. We had 2 vegetarians - which can be a problem in Brittany unless you are prepared to live on cake - so recommend the Karpa for the gigantic and delicious salad. The property is comfortable and historic rather than luxurious, but very pleasant. We had 6 people staying, which made for a bit a of a queue in the single bathroom. The wifi worked (hooray!) which was very important to all of us. Mr Malidin was friendly and very helpful, turning out to change the garage remote battery for example. I'd definitely stay here again. Excellent value for money, given the size of our group. Insider tips: you can pay for optional extras: linen (8 euros a head/week), a spot in a covered secure garage over the road (DEFINITELY worth it, as parking in Vannes is difficult and expensive) and a cleaner at the end of the stay (instead of doing it yourself). We don't regret paying for any of these.

J'ai passé presque une semaine à cet appartement. C'est très bien equipé et situé; le propriétaire est sympathetique et très secourable. C'est proche du centre ville mais ce n'est pas bruyant.

Très bien situé, ce super appartement allie le confort du moderne(tout y est fonctionnel, de qualité, bien pensé, les lits sont confortables et la propreté en est le maître mot) au charme de l'ancien avec ses pierres apparentes, ces poutres aux dessins colorés, une vraie curiosité ! Le propriétaire est sympa, ouvert sachant donner les bonnes adresses de restauration( " Le rive gauche" prés du port, de promenades ou de petites criques introuvables si on n'est pas du coin. Nous reviendrons, c'est promis!

Idealer Ausgangsort für die Erkundung der Region

Auch die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss ist geräumig, freundlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub benötigt. Ein Schlafbereich mit eigener Dusche und Toilette bietet durch einen separaten Eingang vom Innenhof aus eine zusätzliche Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Die Lage dürfte kaum zu überbieten sein: Obgleich relativ ruhig gelegen, sind Altstadt, Markt und jede Menge Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft. Im Hafen legen die Fähren ab, und selbst ein kleiner Strand mit gezeitenunabhängigem Schwimmbad ist mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Durch die zugehörige Tiefgarage gibt es auch keine Parkplatzsorgen Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden wiederkommen und haben die Wohnung auch unseren Freunden empfohlen.

Situation exceptionnelle pour cet appartement avec de très beaux volumes et une qualité du mobilier qui est rare pour une location (les lits sont neufs et on dort bien) Les trois chambres sont très grandes et deux couples avec enfants peuvent se loger sans être à l'étroit. Tolle Wohnung im Zentrum von Vannes

DIe Wohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum von Vannes, sehr nah am Hafen. Das haben wir vor allem abends häufig genutzt für einen Bummel duch die wirkich schöne Altstatt. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe um das Auto abzustellen. Die Wohnung ware sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Wir haben uns in den 1,5 Wochen, die wir in der Bretagne verbracht haben dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
