This apartment will bring you both calm with a small garden and proximity to the historic center with the farmers market (all shops are within walking distance). You can also take advantage of private parking and bicycle storage only accessible to residents. The nearest beach is accessible by bicycle (10 min) or by car (5 min).

In the second bedroom, I can make 2 single beds instead of a double bed.

Très bonne location, bien situé avec la voiture qui est garée à 3 mètres de l'appartement. Manque un petit peu de déco ustensiles de cuisine et parfaire l'éclairage de la cuisine, cela a été vu avec la propriétaire qui va s'en occuper

Appartement très agréable

L’appartement est idéalement situé près du centre de Vannes. Tout peut se faire sans voiture. Pour les amateurs de vélo ou marche, il y a des kilomètres de sentiers qui traversent un paysage magnifique, tellement calme et ce dès l’appartement. L’appartement est très bien entretenu, suffisamment équipé et une très bonne literie. Je recommande !
