Caboose on the Olympic Peninsula

Lovely 8 acre parcel with a caboose train car "Caboose" to stay in! Beautiful setting, quiet and peaceful, the Caboose is pulled up to the Depot Station Tiny Cabin. Close to the Olympic Mountains and Park, Ocean and Strait and all there is to see and experience here. Caboose has a king sized bed plus a twin "bunk", as well as a twin pull out bed for an additional sleeping space for up to 4 people. A portable crib is available as well upon request. Property has a small pond, lovely views and access to state lands and trails for foot or horse. The bathroom has a private , sink, shower and toilet. Caboose has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and basic eating-ware are provided as well as small outdoor electric grill. The property has basic wifi via satellite. We are a drug/smoke/vape free property and no outdoor fires, our entire Caboose is UV SANITIZED between every guest . Our "Depot Station" Tiny Cabin is next to the Caboose.

Adventure awaits at this beautiful, peaceful haven; choose between a “train station” cabin or The Caboose. We stayed in the caboose part of this property and had a blast. It’s cozy and nostalgic. The acreage is fun to walk around and there’s a small pond right out the door of both the “station” cabin and caboose. Wonderful time and excellent place to end up at the end of a busy day of hiking the Olympic mountains.

This place is only a few miles from town and feels like your in the middle of the forest. They have a little pond and the forest is steps away with a little trail to stroll. The rental is so cute! We bed is comfy and we had popcorn and water left to enjoy. The time went so fast we wished we had more time to relax and enjoy it. We will definitely be back. The pictures just don't do it justice.

What a beautiful, peaceful and unique place to stay! We loved it here and will definitely book again when we are in the area. Everything was as described and communication was excellent!

We cannot say enough good things about our stay. The caboose was gorgeous inside and out, carefully curated and cozy! Perfect for the home base we needed for our adventures in the Olympics. Secluded and right on a nice little pond, great for relaxing in peace and quiet at the end of a long day of hiking. Owner was responsive and friendly.

We enjoyed the quiet, beautiful property and lodging. The bed was comfy and the atmosphere relaxing.
