There's just something about our cozy, comfortable farmhouse that keeps people coming back again and again. Purple Haze Lavender Farm was one of the first lavender farms planted and cultivated in the Sequim-Dungeness Valley and has since become one of its most beloved.
Purple Haze is a working farm that is open to the public, so if solitude and privacy are a priority, our farmhouse may not be right for you. Visitors are welcome to walk the grounds, including near the farmhouse, during visiting hours. Likewise, farm and gardening staff may be present at any time. That said, the farm opens at 10 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m. so before and after hours, you typically have the place to yourself.
Our farmhouse is plumbed to a small, single family septic system, so "septic system protocol" must be followed at all times. Likewise, all of the bedrooms are on the second floor and share a bathroom. There is another 3/4 bath downstairs that also features a 1–2-person sauna. Our farmhouse is "old-fashioned" in these and other respects, and that is part of its charm.
We invite you to enjoy a one-of-a-kind stay in our well-appointed, peaceful farmhouse overlooking the lavender fields and weeping willow trees.

I loved staying here! Pet friendly and peacefully away from the bustle of town. Lots of kitchen tools to enjoy my family's cooking. Would definitely recommend.
Our stay at Purple Haze Lavender Farm was absolutely wonderful. The surroundings are lovely, the house is welcoming, and the host is helpful and gracious.Highly recommended!!
An amazing property and an amazing host. The farmhouse is so comfortable for a family of 6. Lots of fun and laughs. House has everything you need (even for Thanksgiving dinner). Jennifer is so responsive and caring and accommodating. She made us feel so welcome. We will be back!!
Check in was easy, ranch home was clean and kitchen fully stocked for cooking and servings meals. Beautiful surroundings and loved wandering thru the lavendar fields in the mornings and during sunsets.
We had an AWESOME stay! The house was perfect and well kept. Property was absolutely gorgeous from the flowers to the lavender fields. Location was great for travel to Port Angeles and Olympic National Park. Highly recommend a stay here. Thank you for a beautiful stay.
We loved our time here! The property is more beautiful and serene in person than the pictures are able to do justice. Great amenities and communication. Would definitely stay again!
The farmhouse was clean and cozy, and had lots of thoughtful touches to make our stay comfortable. The property was beautiful, close to Sequim and to the Discovery Trail. We'd love to come back when the lavender is in bloom.
Beautiful farmhouse, very comfortable and large. Front and back porches were wonderful to hang out on. Great yard for our small dog to roam around in. Nice bedrooms, large kitchen and cozy fireplace in the living room. Great windows so you can see the flowers and also get a breeze. We highly recommend this farmhouse.
Small oasis in the middle of Sequim. Felt isolated but quick access to Highway 101. We used it as a home base for exploring the northern portions of the Olympic National Park.
The location and cabin were both incredible. Just sitting on the front porch smelling the lavendar was great way to start your day before heading into the national park
Originally chose this place due to proximity to Olympic national park. Its location on a lavender farm plus the friendly staff turned out to be other great advantages to this place. The house’s size, furniture, and beautiful landscaping made our stay quite pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.
Wonderful stay. Six adults — plenty of space. Very clean and well appointed. Located within the lavender farm was an added bonus. Would love to return.
Great location for exploring olympic. The farm house is smackdab in the middle of a lavender farm. Absolutely beautiful farm house with a hot tub and a sauna.
The house was comfortable, spacious, well appointed. Upstairs, three bedrooms for three friends worked well. Downstairs, the open floor format provided plenty of space and the gas fireplace added warmth and coziness. Loved the steam room and the hot tub!
The lavender farm is a beautiful oasis, especially in the middle of summer. theres plenty of space for a family to stay here, everyone has plenty of privacy. There’s a steam room in one of the bathrooms and that was really nice to use. We can’t thank Jennifer enough!

About the host
Hosted by Jennifer Gillmor
Valkommen (Swedish for welcome) to our farmhouse, folks! I'm Jennifer, one of the new owners of Purple Haze Lavender Farm. I look forward to welcoming you to our comfortable, one-of-a-kind cottage and farm. My naughty-but-nice hound dog Louie and I live on site; just far enough away to be out of sight and mind, yet close enough to be prompt and useful, in a pinch.
Why they chose this property
What makes this property unique
Whilst just under 2 miles from downtown Sequim/ Hwy 101 access, our farm is close enough to town for take-out, yet far enough away to be lured to sleep by starlight, the scent of lavender, and the songs of our resident tree frogs.
