Casa Matix is a Caribbean style house located on a private property of 1000 mts2 with its own tropical garden and only 75 meters from the beach.
It is a beachfront lot, which additionally offers a large tropical garden to enjoy nature, it is the ideal space to enjoy the company of friends or family, with lots of privacy and just a few steps from the beach, very close to stores, supermarkets and restaurants of Playa Punta Uva.

The house is charming, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them have double beds and each one has a private bathroom, they are on the second floor. The other bedroom has two single beds, also with private bathroom. In total there is room for 6 people.
Please note that in this house we use rain water and well water, we recommend that you get drinking water for drinking and cooking.

It is a Caribbean house on raised stilts, with open kitchen and equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals while enjoying nature. It has 2 beautiful terraces overlooking the tropical garden, so expect visits from monkeys, sloths and birds. Discover the vibrant coral reefs and fish in front of the property.

You are in a "Pet Friendly House" only welcome in the houses under previous authorization, before booking please consult us about the conditions and policies of "Pet Friendly House". In addition you should know that there is an extra charge of $35 for the stay of each pet.

Note: On the same property we have a little apartment that is rented for long term, both properties have independent access.

We manage a 48-hour booking window, with the goal of reducing the risk of potential exposure to coronavirus.

We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health organizations and use protective equipment to help prevent cross-contamination. All frequently touched surfaces are sanitized, e.g., doorknobs on every door.

We clean each room using cleaning checklists.

We provide additional cleaning supplies for you to clean during your stay.

We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleanliness regulations.
