Floor of a villa, modern lines and high quality services to which access is via an outside staircase overlooking a vast roof terrace and your completely independent holiday accommodation.
Bright, modern and very comfortable, you will enjoy an exceptional setting for calm with sea view.
Large openings on the outside, air conditioning, open kitchen, TV, washing machine and dishwasher.
Pergolas for shade meals on the terrace.
Access to the garden, barbecue area and dedicated to the bowling!
Ideally situated 200 m from a sandy beach, a bakery and a supermarket.
Provençal market 500 meters Thursday at the docks of the port of Brusc, boat shuttles to the embiez.

Lovely apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was a beautiful beach moments away, along with amazing restaurants that did not disappoint. My husband and I do like to walk and had heaps of adventures finding some wild beaches on the peninsula. The apartment had a lovely outside area where we enjoyed watching the sun go down sipping the local wine. I slept so well the bed was super comfy and the kitchen was perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend this lovely well designed apartment.

Francks villa is perfect for a stay with our little family. For two persons it is also for a longer stay. The villa has a big roof terrasse and 3 others on the main floor so you can have your meals outside. It is only a short walk from the beach and some restaurants. Franck was helping out quick and was answering quickly to our questions. We met him twice in three days giving us information about beaches etc. thanks again!!!

Unterkunft und Umgebung sind wunderbar für einen Strandaufenthalt. Sehr moderne, angenehme Wohnung mit wunderbarem Aussenbereich. Franck reagiert schnell und löst alles unkompliziert. Gute Möglichkeiten die Umgebung zu Erkunden, es gibt so viele schöne Plätze zu entdecken.

Famille de 2 adultes 2 enfants, nous avons été parfaitement accueillis par Franck. Le logement est super, conforme aux photos (voir mieux encore!!). Équipements modernes, et tout le nécessaire pour se sentir "chez soi". Heureusement il y a une place de parking car super compliqué de se garer dans le coin. Et en 5 min à la plage ! Bref nous sommes ravis. :-)

Franck hat eine wirklich schöne, gemütliche Unterkunft für zwei Personen. Sie besitzt alles, was man benötigt und für unsere kleine Tochter hat er sogar einen Babystuhl und Spielzeug besorgt. Der Strand ist superschnell zu erreichen, für Kinder ideal. Schön war auch, dass man morgens schnell Frühstück zu Fuß besorgen konnte und ein kleiner Supermarkt war auch um die Ecke. Einzig die Moskitos störten unser perfektes Urlaubsglück.

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end chez Franck. Le logement est très propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé à proximité de la plage et de l’embarcadère du Brusc pour l’île des Embiez. Nous recommandons.

Excellentes prestations et très bon accueil

Nous avons été accueillis par Franck, le propriétaire, de façon très agréable et sympathique. Nous avons eu le droit à des conseils concernant les restaurants et les lieux à visiter. Tout avait été préalablement bien organisé afin que nous puissions arriver à l'heure qui nous convenait. La villa est très propre et décorée avec beaucoup de goût, dans des tendances actuelles. De nombreuses prestations sont incluses, sans supplément dans le prix, permettant de se sentir tout de suite comme à la maison (draps, serviettes de toilette, serviettes pour les mains, papier toilette, lessive, produit vaisselle, éponges, sel, huile, barbecue, charbon...). Un grand plus très appréciable. La villa étant située à seulement quelques mètres de la mer et d'une plage de sable, nous avons pu profiter du magnifique coucher du soleil chaque soir en seulement deux minutes de marche. Le port et de nombreux restaurants sont accessibles à pieds, ainsi que deux superettes. Egalement, les plus belles villes et plages sont très prapidement accessibles depuis la villa. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et sommes repartis avec plein de belles images dans la tête. Un séjour inoubliable dans un havre de paix... Si vous souhaitez passer des vacances de rêve, c'est chez Franck qu'il faut poser vos valises, sans hésiter !!!

extraordinaire séjour!!!!

L'appartement est très bien situé, proche de la mer, dans un quartier très calme,il est très lumineux et la terrasse sur le toit un vrai plus pour la vue. De retour de promenade il était délicieux de prendre l'air sur cette terrasse à l'abri de tout regards et au calme.

villa idéale!!!!

Appartement parfait pour une virée entre copine ! L'appartement est tout équipé et dispose d'une superbe terrasse un très gros plus pour la région ! Lieu très calme, malgré que ce soit un haut de villa, les voisins les plus bruyants sont éventuellement les goélands :) Le système pour récupérer les clés est juste idéal offrant une grande liberté d'horaires ! Franck est très disponible et facile à contacter. Un plaisir de louer son logement. Merci encore à lui.

Rien ne manque, la plage toute proche, le resto les pieds dans l'eau ainsi que les prestations trop rares du logement!!!
