Secluded Home - Views of Mississippi River remote location 15 min from La Crosse

Former bar (Top of the Rock) was recently remodeled and converted into a vacation home. Open floor plan still has elements of the bar (pool table, dartboard, high top tables with bar stools) along with cozy feel of a home. Brand new kitchen, great room with 65” flatscreen TV, modern bathrooms upstairs and down. Lower level has three bedrooms which can sleep up to 8 people.

Beautiful panoramic views of the Mississippi River valley from the deck and inside the home. Since we are near the river, you will hear trains which will occasionally pass by.

We had a great stay here - very comfortable and gorgeous views of the river with bald eagles nesting nearby. The game room was great, fully stocked kitchen and all new furnishings. The house is even nicer in person than it looks in the photos! Chris was friendly, accessible, and helpful. We had a great stay and would come back again.

It was nicely decorated and clean, with comfortable beds and furniture and a beautiful kitchen with newer dishes and pans, and beautiful bathrooms. But the best part was the view! We really enjoyed sitting on the deck for coffee and meals and games. And the views from indoors are just as good.

We so enjoyed the views, weather, and deck. We spent a majority of the time sitting out on the deck visiting (although we did sneak in a few games of pool which was a riot!). We loved seeing the barges, trains, and wildlife. The kitchen had everything you could need and more! We slept great on the comfy beds. It was a lovely stay - we hope to be back!

So many amenities!

What a wonderful property! Beautiful views from the upstairs living room which has all the games you could want with tons of seating and a great kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable and there was plenty of parking.

They have everything!

Extremely clean place that was stocked with kitchen supplies so we could cook and grill and eat like kings all while enjoying the amazing sunrise evey morning. Great stay!

Family Get Away

This was a great place for our annual family summer get away! The surrounding areas had lots for both kids and adults to do and the house was the perfect place to come back in to to relax and play games and enjoy the beautiful views of the Mississippi River.
