La maison est bien et fonctionnelle. Par contre l extérieur a l abandon chaises longues cassées. Terrasse pas nettoyée .a l intérieur chasse et abattant wc cassé. Le nettoyage intérieur pas tres net.l emplacement de la maison est nickel et pas de souci pour se garer .

Maison bien situĂ©e Ă©tait disponible Ă  l’heure prĂ©vue. Nous avons regrettĂ©s que Les extĂ©rieurs ne sont pas entretenus et les transats mis Ă  disposition sont cassĂ©s. Concernant le logement de nombreux Ă©lĂ©ments doivent ĂȘtre changĂ©s car abĂźmĂ©s ou trĂšs sales(chaises canapĂ©s etc
) bien dommage car la maison est plutĂŽt sympathique et bien agencĂ©e et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Tout a Ă©tĂ© signalĂ© au propriĂ©taire.

Bonnes explications sur le logement et photos conformes Ă  la rĂ©alitĂ©, trĂšs bonne situation, a 200 m des plages et 150 m des petits commerces, boulangerie, Ă©picerie, boucherie. TrĂšs bons couchages, maison clĂŽturĂ©e et arboree, chiens trĂšs heureux. Avons passes un excellent sĂ©jour, a refaire 😉

Idéal pour 2 adultes et enfants

TrÚs bonnes vacances en famille dans cette petite maison trÚs bien située, proche de la belle plage de ste Marguerite et de l ecole de voile. Belles promenades à faire sur les sentiers cotiers. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

Maison trÚs agréable

Cette maison sympathique et trÚs bien équipée est bien située dans le quartier de Sainte Marguerite, prÚs de la plage entre Pornichet et St Nazaire. Les propriétaires organisent l'accueil et le départ de façon souple. Les prix sont raisonnables pour la qualité de la maison. Parfait !

Excellent séjour

La maison est vraiment trÚs agréable, et idéalement située. A peine 5 minutes à pied vous permettent de rejoindre la plage Sainte Marguerite. De super balades à faire en rejoignant le chemin cÎtier accessible en 5 minutes à pied. Le centre de Pornichet est accessible en environ 20/30 minutes à pieds ... seulement 10/15 en vélo, option de que conseillons. Le club de voile sur la plage Sainte Maguerite est trÚs sympa pour les ados et les plus petits et vous pourrez y louer Kayaks et paddle pour un cout hyper raisonnable ... ou siroter un verre au bar de la plage tout simplement. Bref nous vous recommandons vivement cette location :)
