Au Gagne Petit or Low Cleanness

After the owner's stay, the check-in experience left much to be desired. The condition of the kitchen was unsatisfactory, with a rotten quiche found in the microwave and a heavily greased cooker hood. Additionally, the handle of the toilet casing door was dirty. Upon notifying the owner about these issues, they agreed to cover only 60% of the cleaning expenses. It seems that the owner expects guests to clean up the house for them before their return, which is quite disappointing.

Séjour agréable en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent long weekend en famille. La maison est parfaitement située et agréable dans son ensemble surtout pour les groupes de 10 personnes. L'île de Noirmoutier est magnifique et très accessible pour de longues ballades à pied ou en vélo. Je recommande cette location, nous n'avons manqué de rien !

Bon séjour

Le séjour a été dans son ensemble très bon avec un emplacement excellent très proche de la mer et des espaces de vie commune et deux chambres parentales très convenables. Cependant deux remarques: - le jardin n'est pas vraiment clos et nous avions droit régulièrement pendant les repas aux salutations (fort aimables au demeurant) des nombreux passants se rendant ou revenant de la plage (matin, midi et soir) - la dernière chambre, la plus "élevée", et donnée pour deux lits dans la description, est en réalité une soupente difficile à vivre. On atteint les rangements à quatre pattes, une poutre menaçante oblige à se plier en deux et la hauteur sous barrot (comme on dit dans la marine) n'y est que sur une très faible partie. Enfin sous les toits avec un petit velux c'est un four quand on a la chance comme nous l'avons eu d'avoir un très beau temps. En conclusion, excellente maison pour deux couples et quatre ou cinq enfants. Les invités de passage devront faire preuve de souplesse et ne s'attarderont pas!
