Although bay views and breezes abound, the great room is fully air-conditioned.
The interior dining room sits adjacent to the unique kitchen area. Divided into two rooms, half the space is devoted to a gorgeous chef’s kitchen with large flat screen TV. The other half is a fabulous gathering space with bar and seating. A cozy dining area sits in the courtyard just off the bar. Deep covered terraces and open sundecks surround the house and the pool. Comfortable lounges and dining spaces abound.

The six bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. 3 sit on each end of the villa. Although secluded, you are close to amenities. It’s a short drive to Mullet Bay Beach and five minutes to Maho shopping and nightlife and the airport. In 15 minutes you reach the charming French capital of Marigot with restaurants, shops and galleries, historic buildings and Creole Market. Drive 15 minutes to Grand Case and Philipsburg’s shopping haven.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Firm 90 days

• Cancel up to 90 days before your trip and get a 50% refund of accommodation fees. Cancel within 90 days of the trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

RATES

Possibility to rent the boat of the villa a 35 ft. Speed Boat. Intrepid. 2x 400 HP. Ideal for day trips to Anguilla, St Barth, Saba, Pinelle and Tintamarre Islands.
