Master bedroom boasts memory foam king size bed, deep soaking tub, and sliders to screened east-facing lanai. Large kitchen includes stainless appliances and granite countertops. Bright dining area, in-unit washer/dryer, 2 car garage, gas grill. Condo amenities include heated infinity pool, hot tub, fitness center, and community room. Condo is located off Kismet Pkwy close to shopping and restaurants. Escape the cold and enjoy the sunshine in warm, sunny SW Florida! Contact us for seasonal winter rates or off-season specials. In an effort to develop a strong community feel and foster relationships, Concordia HOA rules require a 90 day minimum stay. HOA application fee and approval required. No pets and no smoking allowed, per community rules.
