Super clean, comfortable place on beautiful horse ranch
My family had such a great time at this property, I had to drag them away to visit the nearby springs and hiking trails. My daughter loved helping feed the horses, goats, donkeys, rabbits and cows. I found it very relaxing and peaceful to just walk the almost 60 acres watching the animals. We definitely plan on coming back.

Thanks Chuck and Theresa! It was a pleasure having you stay at the farm. Hope you come again.
We picked "Cowboy Cottage" in Citra because the location was right in between our two daughters and their families whom we were visiting. What a beautiful and serene farm setting with large trees and lots of friendly animals. The host, Pam, was exceptional particularly since we had to reschedule the dates of our original stay due to hurricane activity impacting central Florida. The cottage was clean, nicely decorated, well-stocked and spacious. Beautiful place!

Thank you, Pam. We enjoyed seeing your family with all the animals. Thank you for choosing our farm for your visit to Florida!
This was la beautiful place and the people there were friendly, so were the animals! The house itself was clean and organized. TThey had everything we needed to cook and serve meals. Only thing I was missing was a tea kettle for my morning tea, I know I'm fussy about that, but it would be nice.
The mattresses were faily comfy and the bedding was nice.

Karen, Thanks for the tip about the tea kettle. I'm not a tea drinker, so it never crossed my mind. Thank you for staying with us at Rock Haven Farm.
Blessings,
Pam
The most peaceful Vrbo we have ever stayed! Lovely setting with the horses and other animals….definitely therapeutic and restful. Being inside the farm gave a great sense of safety, which helps contribute to the ambiance mentioned above!
Pam and her family go out of their way to make you feel welcome.
The cottage is in the middle of their property so you are surrounded by fields and paddocks. There are horses, goats, alpacas, miniature donkeys, and cows on the farm. We walked around to the different enclosures and most of the animals were excited to see visitors and get petted.
It’s an easy drive to the world equestrian center and the layout of the cottage gives you room to relax at the end of the day.
I can not say enough good things about this VRBO, it is located in the middle of a working ranch so if you like horses and goats and Lama's this place is perfect. For me there was no down side, I saved a ton of money housing my family of 6 for 5 nights, we loved the quite seclusion, and waking up to play with goats is an amazing start to any day. The owner Pam was wonderful and responded to all our needs right away. This is my new #1 spot to stay in this area. The house is exactly as advertised and the Air conditioner works amazingly.
This has to be the best place we ever stayed. We were here for a dog show but never wanted to leave the property. It is quiet, comfortable, beautiful, safe, and just amazing. The property owners are the nicest, kindest people you could meet. I am so glad we had the opportunity to stay here.
