recent house, direct sea view on the bay of Pen be, small family village, ideal to spend beautiful holidays in peace.
Fully enclosed garden of 650m2, with terrace facing the sea to eat while enjoying the magnificent view.
House including a new and fully equipped kitchen, living room bright living room all still sea, toilet, bathroom 2 basins shower and bath, great room.
Upstairs 4 bedrooms, a toilet with no water.
Possibility to provide several beds umbrellas, changing table, high chair, often appreciated by families.
The first range is in the garden and several others around the whole foot.
The village consists of a restaurant, a bar and a grocery store only open from April to October.
Possibility of achieving great walks without car crossing the road lying before the house takes you to the white gold of the salt marshes.

you will find a bread store in the village at the bar restaurant.

We ask you to feed the animals, chickens as a reward for having good fresh eggs, rabbits and the cat (living outside).

You will also find a small vegetable garden where you can find cherry tomatoes for aperitif and herbs!

Uns hat die Katze gestört, da sie ständig versucht das Haus zu betreten und ganz offensichtlich doch auch drinnen wohnt. Daher für Katzenhaar-Allergiker nicht zu empfehlen. Es gab weder weitere Tiere noch einen Gemüse- oder Kräutergarten. Ansonsten ein sehr schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Lage mit tollem Blick über die Bucht. Den Strand direkt vor dem Haus haben wir kaum genutzt, da das Meer an dieser Stelle sehr flach ist und der Boden sumpfig. Strände am offenen Meer sind aber fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Muschelzucht in der Bucht hat uns nicht gestört und es gibt direkt einen Automaten mit frischen Muscheln!

Sehr schönes Haus, direkt am Wasser, mit Sicht auf die Bucht mit dem eindrücklichen Wechsel von Ebbe und Flut. Besonders freundlicher Empfang durch die Hausinhaberin, die sonst selber mit ihrer Familie im Haus lebt. Im kleinen Dorf 300 Meter entfernt eine Bar und ein kleiner Laden, in dem Austern und andere Meeresfrüchte direkt aus der Bucht zu bekommen sind.
