Charming Provencal country house architect style
We rent a charming architect Provencal style house decorated in a contemporary way. Located in a nice gated residence near the hills of Pagnol, 15 minutes from the center of Marseille and the creeks of Cassis, 30 minutes from Aix-en-Provence, you can easily enjoy the many tourism opportunities in the region.
The house is ideally poolside sunshine from morning to evening. The shaded terrace will be nice to have an aperitif. A second terrace kitchen side enjoying a pleasant coolness you can enjoy the barbecue and share friendly moments.
The house has spacious rooms with high ceilings. In RDC, a big living room and entirely new opened kitchen on a nice surface of 65m2 will accomodate you. On the floor, 2 nice rooms, 1 bathroom and 1 room of shower. Halfway up you will access a studio with independent bathroom. There is 1 WC upstairs and on the ground floor.
Close to shops and the commercial center of La Valentine located 5min by car, you will also find a cinema complex, numerous restaurants and golf courses of La Salette and Allauch.
A very welcoming home awaits.

Très belle surprise aux portes des calanques
Nous avons trouvé cette location au dernier moment pour notre famille avec 4 enfants et nous avons eu une très belle surprise. L'état de la maison est parfait et correspond très bien aux descriptions. La décoration est à la fois très jolie mais également en parfait état ainsi que tous les éléments de la maison.
Les propriétaires ont été charmants et ont tout fait pour faciliter notre séjour dans leur région. Ils nous ont très bien acceuillis et ont su nous conseiller sur les attractions de cette belle région.Les enfants ont adoré la configuration de la maison avec une salle de jeu et la piscine.
En sommes un endroit idéal pour un séjour réposant, en famille et au soleil
