Imagine discovering and living Provence off the beaten path, in the middle of a wooded area just 4km from the sea.
This house, a family heirloom, was built on a plot of land that contains remains of the past (dry stone walls, hunting post, underground cistern ...) and which today offers a beautiful villa well equipped for the comfort of holidaymakers.

“Villa Terre-Brûlée”, has a pool house (summer kitchen, bathroom and WC), 2 terraces with garden furniture and a 2,350 m² park, fully fenced for children to play in complete safety (while the adults relax in the sun on the deck chairs or play a wild game of pétanque on the finely sanded and shaded boules pitch)
On the ground floor you will find: the living room (sofa, HD TV, blu-ray), decorated in the colors of the sea, a beautiful kitchen and well equipped, a very cozy independent living room (sofa, TV HD, blu -ray), the room 'Mimosa', the room 'salmon' and the room 'Corail', a bathroom with washing machine and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will sleep in the room 'Lavender' with its adjoining bathroom and separate toilet. It opens onto a balcony with a magical view of La Ciotat bay.
All rooms are equipped with closets to allow you to empty your suitcases and actually settle.

Close to La Ciotat, Lecques, Cassis and the Calanques National Park, the villa is ideally located in the center of the tourist attractions of the region, while being away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Behind the villa, a path leads to the GR 51 and 98 that follow the ridges and promise beautiful walks or mountain biking.
