Located between sea and hills for your holidays we welcome you in a beautiful villa in calm and full of charm is embellished with a secure swimming pool of 10m x 5m x 1,20m, deckchairs and parasols available.

The garden and pool are fully fenced for the safety of your children and because we are in a dead end, there is very little traffic.
The villa is 5 minutes from the beaches of la ciotat by car.
The ciotat includes 9 beaches on 7 km of sand and 4 creeks.

We do not rent the villa for birthdays or holidays, non-smoking inside. The hosts are set back at the bottom of the garden in another accommodation. We no longer accept groups of young people who are not accompanied by their parents as a result of irresponsible behavior. the terms of stay, seasonal rental agreement / inventory will be sent by email after booking.
A deposit of 1000 € is required on the day of arrival (payable upon delivery of keys) and will be returned if no damage on the day of departure.

This villa for 8 adults max with 2 babies from 0 to 3 years 10 people in total (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets) of 110 m2 on 1000 m2 of enclosed and secure, trees, with private parking for 3 cars or 8 motorcycles.

WIFI A wireless internet access allows you to stay connected 24h / 24h. A summer kitchen equipped by the pool (with dishwasher, microwave, induction hob & gas sink, cutlery) a table with chairs to eat by the pool.

A cellar with 1 washing machine 1 fridge and 1 freezer, 1 cupboard.
A first bedroom with a large double bed 160x200 and 1 cot (cot on request) The bed is made on arrival (sheets provided) and a closet.
A second bedroom with a large double bed of 160x200 and 1 bunk bed of 2 beds of 90x200. The beds are made upon arrival (sheets provided) and a storage cupboard.
A third bedroom with a double bed 140x200 and 1 cot (cot on request) The bed is made on arrival (sheets provided) with a shower and toilet in the room and a closet.
A bathroom with shower and 2 basins independent 2 hair dryers.
An independent WC.
Linen provided (tea towel, microfiber cloths) and sheets provided in each room.
Closed secure parking for cars and motorbikes.
