THE SITUATION

Le Thoronet, heart of the Var, known for its Cistercian abbey (concerts of ancient and medieval music in summer) 8km from the A8 le Luc en Provence motorway exit - halfway between
Cannes / Nice and Aix en Provence as well as between Golf de St. Tropez and Lac de St. Croix.
(beaches and lakes about 35km)
The Village with all shops, doctors, veterinarian and pharmacy is 1km away, supermarkets between 10 and 15km.



The rental in brief

The rental is made up of two independent units. A large villa ‘La Bastide‘ for
4-6 people and a small house Bast Le Bastidon ‘for 2-3 people. Both fully equipped (see description) with terrace and private garden (not enclosed) each one. Cot and high chair on request.

Spacious house with nice cool garden

We were there during a hot period in July, but the garden had plenty of shade and a nice pool to cool down. Many beautiful villages are within close range and the sea is less than an hour away. Perfect for a family with kids!

Bien situé dans un un chemin, au calme, l’immeuble est complètement équipé et dispose de toute les facilités pour un séjour sans soucis. Les propriétaires, Winfrid & Ursula, sont à la juste distance, et vous proposent des réponses adéquates à vos questions. Le jardin est agréable, bien ombragé ( trop?) et permet une installation reposante… un bien bel endroit, parfait pour les familles avec enfants.

Très agréable et soignés aux petits oignons.!

Nos hôtes ont été aux petits soins. Là maison est bien située au calme et permet de se retirer de la pression de la ville tout en profitant d'un repos bien mérité. La piscine permet de se rafraîchir et le petit terrain de pétanque devant la propriété de s'amuser en prenant un apero. Je recommande vivement et je les remercie pour leur hospitalité.

Relaxing stay at Le Thoronet

A delightful property that was well equipped and comfortable. The area was quiet with a couple of restaurants within a 5 minute drive. During our stay we visited the beach, the beautiful Le Thoronet Abbey, the picturesque village of Tourtour and also enjoyed water sports at a lake in Bauden. All these activities were only 30 minutes to an hour away. The owners were helpful and friendly and took good care of the property. We can highly recommend staying here!

Maison très confortable

Intérieur de la maison très bien aménagé confortable et spacieux. L'extérieur n'est pas très grand mais agréable, chaises longues, grande table et barbecue. La piscine est petite mais bien appréciée. Il y a même un terrain de pétanque y compris les boules.

Kleines Paradies zum Runterkommen

Das Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen, es ist alles da was man braucht. Besonders die Lage ist schön, da man an diesem Ort auch die Zeit vergessen und einfach nur entspannen kann. Außerdem können Tagesausflüge von hier in alle Himmelsrichtungen gestartet werden. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet und es macht Spaß frische Zutaten vom Wochenmarkt gemeinsam mit der Familie zuzubereiten. Der Pool erfrischt nach einem langen Tagesausflug, kurz gesagt, Erholung pur. Vielen Dank an unsere lieben Gastgeber, die sehr hilfsbereit und höflich sind!

Nous avons passé 2 très bonne semaines avec nos 3 enfants dans cette charmante maison situé dans un endroit calme et reposant . La maison est très fonctionnelle et bien équipé il ne manque rien .
