Nice but needed updated.
Condo was clean but very dated. Good view to water. The couch and loveseat were dirty. Water backed up in the shower due to the drain being clogged. One shade lamp was in the floor while another one didn’t work. Canvas hanging on the wall was falling apart. Patch work on the walls were left unpainted. No useable outlets in the bedroom to charge devices. Turn table in microwave didn’t work. Headboards on beds needed tightened, made noises when turning in bed. Porch furniture was rusted and sharp pieces of rust on floor of porch.

Great location in Palmetto Dunes
Great central location, very clean condo and property. Umbrella and chair rental available on beach. Note indoor pool and gym are only open until 5pm. Vacasa only provides a few starter supplies so be sure to bring all household supplies you may need. Traditional coffee maker not a Keurig. Very happy with our stay.

parking is a little tight. they should restrict big trucks have them park outside

Location was great, as was the design of the building that provided everyone an ocean view. Unit is dated but clean.
