Schönes Haus, gute Lage, mäßige Ausstattung

Lage und Haus waren sehr gut. Für eine recht teure Woche war die Ausstattung (Küche, Schüsseln, Tassen, Handtücher, Matratzen) allerdings medioker. Die Abrechnung des Verbrauchs unseriös und überteuert: Strom 13€, Gas konnte der Vermieter nicht messen, Wasser wurde nicht abgefragt. Stattdessen wurden wir per sms aufgefordert, pauschal 100€ auf den Tisch legen.

Sehr schönes Haus für Urlaub mit vielen Freunden oder großer Familie!

Perfektes Haus für unseren Silvesterurlaub! Waren mit 12 Erwachsenen und 2 Babys dort und haben ausreichend paltz im gesamten Haus gefunden. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr großzügig ausgelegt und alles notwendige ist vorhanden. Der Jakusie und die Sauna haben natürlich das ganze noch abgerundet. Hier und da sind sicherlich immer ein paar Kleinigkeiten zu verbessern, aber in Summe wirklich top! Auch perfekt zum wandern geeignet, da in nahezu alle Himmelsrichtungen auch ausgeschriebene Wanderwege abgehen. Martin, der Ansprechpartner vor Ort war wirklich sehr nett. Bitte beachten, dass Hausnebenkosten vor Ort bezahlt werden müssen, da kann man schon mal die Kaution einrechnen. Einen Stern muss ich leider abziehen, wobei dies eigentlich nichts mit dem Haus zu tun hat. Bei der Buchung über FeWo-direkt kommen noch einmal Sicherheitsgebühren hinzu die so bei der Buchung nicht direkt ersichtlich sind. Wenn man dann genauer nachliest kann dies 5 bis 12% vom Buchungswert betragen. Also ggf. lieber direkt über Belvilla das Haus buchen!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von Freunden mit Kindern im Alter von 2-12 Jahren. Das Haus ist sehr schön und groß! Einige kleine Sachen gibt es sicherlich immer zu verbessern. Aber in der Gesamtheit ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Der Jacuzzi und die Sauna rundeten unseren Silvestertrip ab! Die Nähe zum Skigebiet in Kapacz ist von großen Vorteil. Der Verwalter war sehr nett und hilfbereit.
