About this property

Beautiful mountain house in the Giant Mountains Poland at the waterfall

Our wooden house is situated above the Podgórna River waterfall (a 2-minute walk), and from windows offer a beautiful view of the Karkonosze Mountains (Słonecznik and Smogorni Kocioł). It's a great starting point for many mountain trails, such as Śnieżka, Samotnia, and Śnieżne Kotły. Perfect for anyone seeking peace and connection with nature.The house is located near the forest without any traffic and is ecologically oriented.
The kitchen is very well equipped with pottery from Bunzlau / Boleslawiec and The fireplace invites in winter as in summer for cozy evenings :-)
We are always available to our guests! If we are on site, we will try to help with any issues, and if we are traveling, we are always available by phone to help you order a pizza or suggest a trip to the Karkonosze Mountains:-)
Dear Guests, although we live nearby, we respect your privacy, so you have access to the ground floor and first floor of the house with a large terrace, a separate entrance, and a space in front of the house with room for two or three cars. When we're not traveling, we live at the back of the house, in a small apartment with a separate entrance.

Wir durften nun schon zum zweiten Mal Gäste bei Agnieszka sein. Es war fast wie ein "nach Hause" kommen. Es fehlt einfach an nichts. Man fühlt sich, dank der liebevollen Einrichtung sofort wohl, die herzliche Gastgeberin die bei jeder kleinen Frage schnell und hilfsbereit antwortet setzt dem ganzen dann noch die Krone auf.Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Ein tolles Haus mit einer wunderbaren Gastgeberin. Danke Aga. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Für Familie mit Kindern oder auch ohne Kinder. Man kann wunderbar Wandern. Wenn man im Winter kommt undxes schneit - bitte an Schneeketten denken, da die Nebenstraßen nicht gräumt werden. Die Restaurant sind super und man noch sehr günstig Essen gehen

Wir, 4 Freunde (40-43) hatten ein wunderschönes verlängertes Wochenende in dem Haus. Eine große, helle, außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattete Küche lädt zum Kochen ein. Der Kamin und das Wohnzimmer zum verweilen. Das Frühstück als Start in den Tag in der Sonne auf dem großen Balkon. Anschließend eine Wanderung auf die nahen Gipfel des Riesengebirges (am besten unter der Woche, ansonsten sind die trails Recht voll).Die Zimmer sind hell und aufgeräumt, man wohnt in einem tollen Holzhaus.Badezimmer auch top. Nur das Internet muss noch ausgebaut werden, hatte 56k Modem Geschwindigkeit. Auch das Mobile Netz war problematisch. Das planen von Aktivitäten vor Ort war sehr eingeschränkt. Ansonsten gilt: gerne wieder!

Es war großartig und hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen .Das Haus liegt in einer phantastischen Lage , man kann sofort los wandern und Ausflüge In die einladende Umgebung machen.Im Haus hört man außer Vogelgezwitscher und dem Wasserfall nichts.Das Haus ist super sauber , es ist perfekt ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts .Die Kommunikation und der Austausch mit der Gastgeberin waren einwandfrei, sie war jederzeit erreichbar und ausgesprochen zuvorkommend .Dieses Feriendomizil ist absolut zu empfehlen .

tolles Ferienhaus mit wunderschöner Aussicht direkt am WasserfallWir hatten einen wunderbaren Kurzurlaub im Riesengebirge in dieser außergewöhnlich schönen und hervorragend ausgestatteten Unterkunft. Sehr sauber, wunderschön und liebevoll und eingerichtet, es fehlte uns wirklich an nichts. Agnieszka (Aga) ist eine ganz herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die all unsere Fragen oder Wünsche schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet hat. Sechs viel zu kurze Tage durften wir im Paradies verbringen – einem traumhaften Holzhaus am Ende der Straße, wo der Wald beginnt und ein kleiner Wasserfall leise rauscht. Nicht nur für die Vögel im Garten ist bestens gesorgt, sondern auch für uns Gäste. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, doch vor allem spürt man in jedem Detail die Liebe, die hineingesteckt wurde – ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Abschalten. Das i-Tüpfelchen: der atemberaubende Blick auf den Riesengebirgskamm, einfach wunderschön. Vielen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit!

Natur und Gemütlichlickeit

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in einem tollen Holzhaus, welches sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet war. Toll waren der Wohn-Küchenbereich mit Kamin und einer sehr modernen Einbauküche. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse in die Natur war wunderschön und entspannend. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und fürsorglich.Aufgrund der Abgeschiedenheit des Objekts, waren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants nur mit Fahrzeug zu erreichen.

Perfekter Winterurlaub

Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienhäusern, aber dieses ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Minuten nach der Ankunft fühlt man sich unweigerlich wie Zuhause. Das ganze Haus ist mit so viel Liebe eingerichtet und es lässt keine Wünsche offen. Von den Bädern über die Schlafzimmer bis zur Küche fehlt es wirklich annichts. Dazu kommt noch die unglaublich herzliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Aga. Dies ist eine 100%ige Weiterempfehlung und wir werden auch selbst gerne wieder kommen. nichts

Traumhaft

Eins der schönsten Ferienhäuser das wir bisher hatten. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingeräumt und dekoriert und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht und. Schön inmitten der Natur gelegen, der Blick aus dem großen Fenster in den herbstlichen Wald - unglaublich schön !!! Wir waren alle traurig, als wir wieder die Koffer packen mussten. Sehr gerne kommen wir nochmal.

Wunderschönes Haus!

Wir hatten vier schöne Tage im Haus, auf der wunderbaren Terrasse mit tollem Blick, im schönen Wohnzimmer, im nahe gelegenen Wald rund um den Wasserfall. Toll auch die DVD Sammlung, für die Abende. Sehr schöne Küche. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus mitten in der Natur

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen: Das sehr gemütliche Ferienhaus liegt optimal direkt am Waldrand. Es ist alles vorhanden (und mehr), was man für den Alltag braucht, so dass man sich richtig zuhause fühlen kann. Wanderungen und andere Ausflüge sind direkt vom Haus aus und in näherer Umgebung prima möglich. Also: Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Sfeervol berghuis met fantastisch uitzicht

We hebben hier een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het huis is met liefde ingericht en biedt veel comfort. De ligging is fantastisch, vanaf het huisje zijn vele mooie wandelingen te maken. Het pad langs het huisje brengt je meteen bij een prachtige waterval waar je een heerlijk frisse duik kan maken. Het meest geweldige is echter het uitzicht.geweldig is

Erholung pur

Selten habe ich eine Unterkunft, wo ich mich direkt wohlfühlen kann. Das Haus ist mit liebe eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft. Perfekt zum erholen . Die gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können es nur empfehlen.
