The property is situated in a holiday home settlement. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property into the valley and its quiet and sunny hillside location on the edge of the forest. This holiday property is a romantic accommodation. The following are available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, gazebo, garden furniture and campfire area. Children’s playground approx. 100 m away. Heated barrel (depending on the weather) available for a fee. For Velká Úpa and Pec pod Sněžkou, the owner has a host card. : Heated barrel: When booking accommodation, a reservation is required. Relaxation for 2–4 people, maximum 2 hours. The water is changed after the session.

Pec pod Sněžkou, 780 m a.s.l. The holiday flat is located on a 2000 sqm open garden plot with lawn and flowers. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. By arrangement with the homeowner, an additional lounge with a fireplace can be made available. The fireplace is operated exclusively by the homeowner. At the holiday house, seating on the terrace and in the garden, grill under the roof, parasol, swing, parking in summer directly next to the building, no access in winter! Parking on the main road or in the centre of Velká Úpa. This property is particularly popular due to many touristic opportunities: skiing, cross-country skiing, cycling, hiking, mushroom picking, excursions in the area (castles, chateaux). It is located in the middle of the ski area: Černá Hora-Pec Summer: Nearby: children’s playgrounds + play landscapes. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property and one parking space in the village (distance 800 m). Access to the building is only possible in summer! In summer, four cars can be parked at the house. In winter, access is not possible! Parking for 2 cars: garage + parking space in front of the garage. (approx. 250 m uphill, direct path to the cottage / or parking in a guarded public car park (800 m)) - subject to a fee according to the tariff. Scooter or taxi-scooter. 1x luggage collection is included in the price. In winter, snow chains are mandatory in Poland - Karpacz-Malá Úpa/ Okraj / - Velká Úpa and back.
