Saint-Paul house with beautiful land near quiet beaches
Pretty Breton house, not terraced, which can accommodate up to 6 people, surrounded by a beautiful flowered garden with lawn and trees of around 1000 m2. Located in a very quiet little hamlet, between Plouézec (2km) and the fine sandy beach of Bréhec about 1.5km.
You will be close to the coast and the swimming strikes, the cliffs of Plouha and the historic port of Paimpol and the GR 34 hiking trail.
The Arcouest pier is only 20 minutes away and you can enjoy the charm of the island of Bréhat.
The very dynamic port of Paimpol (10 km) is home to many artists, cafes, restaurants, shops.
The house has all the comfort you want:
equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, internet connection etc.
To enjoy the outdoor life you will find deckchairs, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and games for children.
You can park your cars on the property.
The region is ideal for water sports, scuba diving, hiking ...
Possibility to provide high chair and cot.
Pets are allowed on request.
