Why they chose this property
This farm has been in my family since it was built in 1812. My mother was born here as well as her father and grandfather. It was always a full working farm which included dairy farming as well as cornfields, etc. Completely restored and renovated to include the old and the new.
What makes this property unique
Very private setting, yet close to beaches, shopping, ferries, airport and trains
