Important Narragansett Ordinance: Limits non-related guests to just 5. Every guest exceeding the limit must be related to the renter (no large friend groups). A completed signed contract with a list of all guests and their familial relation to renter is required! We cannot rent without this completed contract!

It is a private oasis that comfortably hosts an extended family within minutes of beaches and shopping. Although with all the amenities at the house, its often most fun to just stay home and play.

The front welcomes you with wide decks that are the favorite spot for coffee and soaking in the sunrise over the bay. Walking in the main entrance greets you with two story windows with views into the large private yard.

Turning into the fully equipped kitchen with cherry cabinets, top of the line appliances and expansive Italian granite counters. This is an open and bright kitchen that attracts sitters and makes the heart of this home a chic and inviting place where everyone will love to spend time.

An enormous rec room off the back of the house is where people will often congregate. Vaulted ceilings with walls of glass and an expansive stone fireplace. There is a full size pool table, 86 inch smart LED TV, premium cable channels**, bluray dvd and a PS5 gaming system with 7 games. A long table is perfect to keep a group puzzle going through the trip and a full sized refrigerator in the corner limits your walks to the kitchen.

Stepping out the great room sliders provides peeks into the large and private yard with an acre of meticulously landscaped grounds that border open space.

The large terrace runs the length of the back and steps into an outdoor living space with fireplace and fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Stepping off the terrace reveals the fabulous 14 foot deep swimming pool*. There is a tournament quality ping pong table, a foosball table and another beautiful seating area.

Inside and out, this fun and inviting home will comfortably host your family within ten minutes of Narragansett center and fifteen to Newport.

We test drive this home often to make the home a great experience for friends and family to share. We feel its an ideal venue to bring family together for a number of days. Whether your up for a competitive game of ping pong, an impromptu game of billiards or a chat on lounges around the pool, getting people back together is what this home is all about.

So come experience a glass of wine under a blanket of stars watching over lights on the Newport Bridge. This is a wonderfully fun place to spend a little close and quiet time with the ones you love.

For those interested, we ask that you only inquire if you understand that this home is meant for families who wish to enjoy a quiet and peaceful environment. The house is very fortunate to have reasonable neighbors surrounding it and, in fact, they are what make the neighborhood so beautiful and peaceful. We ask all renters to respect the neighbors and understand that the neighborhood is their home. This is not a 'party house' and there are rental rules. So please carefully consider if this quiet property is the right one for your vacation. Security note: This property does have security cameras positioned outside the house only, covering the front and the back of house, including where the pool is located.

*Pool notes: Season is Memorial Day through Labor Day. Pool is professionally cleaned weekly, however the surface of the pool can collect pollen and debris especially during the spring and may require renters to skim the surface of the pool during their stay. Pool closes Labor Day but can be extended by request with a pool cleaning fee. Pool is not heated.

** Services supplied by outside companies, such as cable tv, internet, etc., are not guaranteed during any stay as disruptions beyond owner control can occur.
