Perfect Family Vacation House

We spent a fantastic week at this wonderful, safe, comfortable, convenient family home in a great neighborhood. Perfect location just 5 minutes to second beach and under 10 minutes to downtown Newport. We stayed during a very hot humid week and fully utilized the large above ground pool and available A/C. We enjoyed the back deck for morning coffee and takeout dinners and had many fun kids vs adult volley ball games over the net that was set up in the backyard. We comfortably fit two families- total of 4 adults and 4 teens- but that is definitely the max. We would 100% come back again!

My wife and I came across this great beach house and scooped it right up. We have just moved in and completely renovated the home with new hardwood floors throughout, brand new kitchen, brand new master bathroom and updated bathrooms. We have lived in the Newport area for over 15 years and really enjoy being here near the beaches and downtown Newport. We are now ready to let others enjoy our charming beach house.
