Located in Middletown, enjoy what this 4-bedroom house has to offer. Marvelous 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, and 1 full bed await guests in the cozy bedrooms. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a bidet, shower, and hair dryer for added convenience. An additional office space with a queen bed provides extra room for relaxation. Experience what Middletown has to offer with a stay at our superb house. We have a great outdoor patio with large fireplace as well as an outdoor shower perfect for after spending the day at the beach! We provide all of the linens and beach towels and have boogie boards and beach chairs to be used for those nice long days at the beach. Walk to first beach and less than a mile to second beach. If you want to head downtown we are one mile to the famed Cliff Walk entrance and 2 miles to Bannisters and Bowne's Wharf. Easy walk and even easier ride-share to and fro.

I live in Middletown and have been on Aquidneck Island for over 30 Years ! Love it and have been fortunate enough to raise my family here !
Why they chose this property
This is the best neighborhood on the island. Easy to get to the beach, Downtown and ocean drive, but if your looking to have peace and quiet, the yard is a great place to relax and unwind
