Great location for what we were there for. Great outdoor space we loved the outside fireplace. Host was very attentive and easy to reach. Great stay we had.
We really enjoyed staying at this house. The host was very easy to reach and very nice as far as check-in went and any questions we had.The house was very clean and stocked and convenient as far as getting into the main part of Newport and enjoying all the activities they have there. The added bonus was we were close to the cliff walk, which was spectacular.
We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my cousin’s bachelorette here! The location was great, the house was comfortable and well stocked and the back patio was perfect to hang out on! We highly recommend staying here!
Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay! Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, perfect instructions. The outside area is beautiful and a great place to have our morning coffee and afternoon cocktails and snacks. Location was perfect for our plans. Not far from anything- down town area, cliff walk, Newport winery and rail trail rides. Highly recommend.
Property works great for multi couple or friend gathering. Clean, easy to access. Back yard is outstanding. Host even supplied (without asking) candles and flashlights in case we lost power during a NorEaster. Lots of towels which was great as we got caught in the rain. Stayed during offseason, but was great. Price is high, but this IS Newport RI and so it is at market rate. But we were very happy and would consider this location again. We were here with a group as guests for a wedding
My friends and I stayed at Rich's for a weekend beach getaway. The location was fantastic- easy walk to Second beach and very close to downtown Newport. We appreciated the stock of beach chairs and wagons to transport our supplies over. The house accommodated seven of us comfortably with room for more. The outdoor patio space was awesome, and we spent a lot of time grilling and by the fireplace. Great find, would definitely come back!
