Highly recommend for a Newport trip

My friends and I recently stayed at this house for a weekend and can't say enough good things about it! It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and exactly as advertised in the listing online. It's location is incredibly convenient as it's within walking distance to all of the restaurants, bars and shops in downtown Newport. Aida and Jim were wonderful hosts who were very accommodating, communicative, and available for questions at any time during the stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient and fun place to stay in Newport!

As a couple, we love to travel the world and discover new places. With Covid-19 and the arrival of our twin boys, we slowed down a bit, but we haven't stopped. This Newport house was been our alternative to traveling Europe or other parts of the world we are so happy to share it with others.

Why they chose this property

The space
We bought this house as a summer place to raise our 2 year old twin boys. We looked for a while until we found this perfect home. We are very happy with the generous space, the 4 bedrooms, the back yard and above all, the location. As big travelers ourselves, we are happy to open our home to others like us, who appreciate a good get together with family and friends.
This house has been on Airbnb for a while but has just been relisted from us as new owners. See last picture showing ~5 star reviews from prior listing which we continue to improve on.

What makes this property unique

This house is full of history and character. A true quintessential Newport style house, with a lot of charm and great location. Steps to downtown action and shops but yet, a quiet home with parking and a backyard.
