Beautiful Week in Middletown

We had an incredible week at this beautiful home in Middletown, Rhode Island. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the layout of the house—with spacious, comfortable bedrooms—made it ideal for our family. We loved how easy it was to walk to nearby spots and how close we were to both Newport and everything Middletown. It was the perfect place to relax, and enjoy the best views! Highly recommend! Newport Family Vacation

Great location and beautiful views. We had some rainy days but the view from the house made up for it. Close to the cliff walk, mansions, shopping and restaurants.

Hidden Gem

Beautiful ocean views while relaxing on the decks, in the living room, master bedroom or while in the hot tub. This lovely property is tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of Newport tourism. The owners were very responsive and everything was perfect upon check-in. I would highly recommend this property for your next vacation.

Amazing home on the water

We had a totally enjoyable stay at this spacious home right on the water. The house was spotless and very nicely decorated. Plenty of room and it felt very homey. There is plenty of outdoor seating and a great outdoor hot tub. It’s close to restaurants and attractions… maybe 5 minutes from Newport without all of the craziness of Newport traffic. The hosts are pleasant and responsive. Highly recommend!!!

The Best View in Newport

The photos do not do this property justice. It is simply...stunning. The views of the water greet you immediately. Looking out across the water you get to see a multitude of the mansions on Cliff Walk. Very easy access to downtown Newport. The home itself is comfortable, large and the perfect place to gather with family and friends. The whole process was easy, the home is well appointed and we are already ready to go back!

Amazing home and stunning location

This property is the perfect place to stay to get away to relax but have access to all of the great activities and restaurants in downtown Newport. Also a bike ride to the beach! Definitely recommend this home. Homeowners were easy to work with and very accommodating. Loved it!

85th Birthday Celebration

We were lucky enough to rent this beautiful home to celebrate my father's 85th birthday. The location is amazing, the property beautiful and the owners so nice and easy to work with. The house easily accommodated the 3 generations of our family and everyone had an incredible time! Looking forward to a return visit very soon!

Great Newport Experience

The property is lovely and fresh and clean and bright with up to date furnishings. Views are gorgeous, as well as the ocean sounds - especially from the primary bedroom. Great sleeping! Would definitely rent again. Adult children (18-23) and grandparent also enjoyed it!

Wedding Weekend

Eight family members ranging in age from 38 to 80 stayed at this beautiful property. We loved the view & location was perfect to get to all of the wedding events in Jamestown & Newport. Only 1 recommendation - we all agreed that more bath towels are needed to accommodate eight guests. We had to wash towels daily, so that we all had clean towels.

Perfect Winter Retreat

Such a beautiful house in the most perfect location with gorgeous views of the ocean, lovely walks nearby and very close to all the restaurants etc. The house was perfect for a large group with lots of space for everyone and (critical for a winter rental) great temperature control throughout. It was really nice to be so close to a bunch of great beaches for walks and be able to look at the beautiful views every morning. And it's perfect for kids!

Wonderful family stay

We celebrated my mothers 90th birthday with just her 5 children this fall. The home is so welcoming, and a perfect spot to unwind, catch up with family and share stories in great living spaces thru out the house. Our plans were to explore Newport, but we opted to chill most of the time listening to waves splash against rocks below and bask in unseasonably warm weather on the patio. Just awesome house and views!

An amazing location with just remarkable sunset views. Large home that easily accomodated my adult children and grandson. Barely a mile to to venue of my son's wedding and directly across from the Cliff Walk. Wow! A huge thank you to Hollands for sharing their home. The kids are already talking about 'the next time'.
