About this property

Completely Remodeled, Private salt water pool and SPA, walk to 1st and 2nd beach

This house has it all by design! This elegant brick home on Easton Point with views of first beach and Newport Mansions was beautiful to start. It is just a short walk from 1st and 2nd beach and 1.5 miles from downtown Newport with a large private backyard. A major renovation in 2021 included a 50 foot salt water pool with lap lane and huge built in spa, outdoor covered pavilion (because this is still New England) with ample seating and grill, outdoor shower, and new deck. Indoor renovations included a completely new walk out lower level with kitchenette, full bath, family room, and laundry for pool/beach towels. etc (additional laundry on the 2nd level) . This level was designed to support the pool/outdoor space but also offers a "kid/teen hang out space".
New wood floors throughout the upper levels, new modern kitchen with bar area, and complete update to all bathrooms.

*Pool and Spa will be available June-September, Both the Pool and Spa are winterized and closed together at the end of September.

*Please note, the home may not be a relaxing fit for parents with toddlers or young children. With three decks, open stairwells from the upper floor and deck, and a pool, it will require constant vigilance.

*The home is located on a quiet street on Easton point with year round neighbors nearby; perfect for families. Eight adult maximum (with up to 4 additional children) with 4 parking spots in the driveway (and an additional 2 in the garage). Sorry we can not accommodate large groups of adults, parties, or late night pool frolic.

*The house is very clean and carpet-free but it is dog friendly. It may not be a good fit for those with severe dog allergies.

Luxurious Comfort!

House is beautifully decorated, well maintained, meticulously clean. Furniture is new and comfortable. The sheets were soft, towels fluffy! We made good use of the kitchen, which is well stocked with pots and pans. We were close enough to restaurants, activities, and the beach, but also felt away from all the crowds and noise. We loved our stay here and hope to return some day!

Our group had an amazing stay at this property. The house was beautifully maintained and well-stocked with everything we needed - it had stunning views from the deck & primary bedroom (especially in the shower!) and all felt at home right away. Plenty of room for a bigger group and the pool/hot tub was a hit for us. Liz was not only communicative and easy to reach, but also incredibly kind and accommodating, making the entire experience seamless. Highly recommend and would love find an excuse to stay again.

Great vacation spot for a family!

First of all the property itself was gorgeous! Clean, had everything we needed and the amenities were great not to mention the pool! The property manager responded promptly to anything we needed. The house is also conveniently located- close to beaches 1 and 2 and 5 min drive to town. So much for all members of our family to do!

Our family of 7 adults and a baby stayed at Liz's home for our daughter's wedding weekend. Everything about our stay was perfect: Liz was an extremely responsive and gracious host; the house was spotless and reflective of the listing; the house was very spacious for our needs, including bridal party prep; and the location allowed for beach/cliff walks and was a very short and easy ride into Newport! Just lovely!

We had a wonderful time in this home! It was spotless when we arrived, and Liz was incredibly available and responsive to questions. The outdoor space is gorgeous - our kids lived in the pool and spa (colored lights at night were a fun surprise!). The covered seating area with firepit made spending time outdoors incredibly enjoyable for all! Spacious porch with awning for family meals and a great view of the ocean in the distance. Fun times in Newport

We had a great stay in Newport with our family and friends. Location of property is convenient to both first and second beach and just short drive away from Thames st. The property is clean and well kept. Both the owner and property manager are extremely responsive to any questions. Pool was lovely as were the multiple decks. Only wish there were more seating available on main floor living room. We had nine of us and had to break out some beach chairs so we could all hang out together.

Thanksgiving weekend

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Liz’s home. The location is great - water views, walkable to both 1st and 2nd Beaches, and just a few minutes from downtown Newport. The house is spacious and comfortable with plenty of room to spread out and multiple family rooms for people to relax. Everything inside is new and the house was sparkling clean. What really topped off our experience was the thoughtfulness of the host. Liz had the house decorated with little touches for Thanksgiving, books and puzzles for the kids, and a great welcome basket. Overall just a great place and host.

Vacation at Easton's Point

Our stay at this home was simply amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how comfortable and clean everything was. The house is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and stocked with all the essentials, making our stay incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the living areas were perfect for relaxing after days filled with fun wedding activities. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring we got a great night's sleep every night. Communication with Elizabeth was seamless. She was always available to answer any questions and provided us with all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and stay. Perfect House for Family Vacation

We had a great week with our extended family, 10 of us including 2 four yeast old boys and 2 girls (two years old and 26 months old). This house has everything needed for a family with young kids, including Plastic tableware and sippy cups! Also, a booster seat for dining. We ate all of our meals outside on the deck under the awning. The pool is huge and very safe with the Pool cover on when not in use. The boys loved sleeping in the bunk room together. The house is so spacious, clean and relaxing. Perfect. We loved Second Beach, and spent 2 week days there. Great snack bar, showers and bathrooms. Very clean and waves perfect for 4 year olds to boogie board. Sweet berry Farms is 5 minutes away, Great produce, ice cream and pies! Custom House Coffee was also wonderful. We did a day sail with all the kids and went out to lunch and early dinner in Newport a few times during the week. Also enjoyed cocktails on The Lawn at Castle Hill in the late afternoon.

Big Birthday Celebration

Spent the 4th of July week at this beautiful property to celebrate a big milestone birthday with family and friends! I can't say enough how perfect the property is for a group of late-teens and adults, as everyone was able to have some space to themselves when needed, but large common areas to come together both indoors and outdoors. The pool, jacuzzi, ping-pong table, outdoor shower, and the pavilion with the fire-table were outstanding outdoor amenities that everyone loved! Even during a 4th of July rainstorm people were able to be outside under the pavilion and keep dry, as well as providing shade on really hot days. The house was extremely clean with a modern, well equipped kitchen, and having a full bathroom, refrigerator & dishwasher on the lower level to support the pool was fantastic! Loved having morning coffee on the large deck with views of the ocean, as well as a large table on the deck that seated everyone for a few lunches/dinners at home. The location is great, as both 1st and 2nd beaches are very quick walks. A few minute drive to downtown Newport with all the restaurants and bars on the water. Communication with Liz was outstanding both before and during the stay! She is very accomodating and went over and above to ensure my birthday week at her house was perfect. I highly recommend this property and I will most definitely be staying here again!

Perfect *Newport* Location

Enjoyed our stay at Easton’s point with family! Spacious, updated accommodations! Beautiful views of cliff walk/ocean from all balconies. The home had everything we needed and boasted a gorgeous outdoor entertainment area to entertain our entire party…leaving little need to head to the beach - except for surfing lessons - highly recommended! The owner, Liz, was super communicative and accommodating - focused solely on ensuring we had everything we needed and that we had an amazing retreat with our extended family. Would highly recommend this property!

Great Vacation!

Really nice house. Recently renovation was well done. Great furnishings, very clean, amazing outdoor space / pool. Location is very good: quite neighborhood, a very short 2 minute drive to 2 beaches, and 5-10 minutes to downtown Newport. Liz is a great host and very responsive!
