About this property

Large 7 Bedroom Home near Newport and beaches. A complete renew winter 2025.

I am usually not interested in 2 night rentals during the high season (May-September) and holidays, but you are welcome to make an inquiry (sometimes I make exceptions based on scheduling and market conditions). It is at my discretion to determine number of days, so please check with me before you make solid plans with your group and put in a reservation.

This home will have significant improvements for 2025 with all new smart TV’s, garage game Room with 80” TV. Many new Mattresses, Bedding, and furnishings. New quartz kitchen counters, newly refinished hardwood flooring.
Other Key pieces include an 11 foot dining table (from an historic Bellevue mansion) that seats 14, a high end antique billiards table, teak and composite patio furniture.

Outside living on this huge, private 1.25 acre lot with large deck, , a grill, and teak dining furniture. Additional outdoor seating on the front farmer's porch and the rear deck. The front and back yards are the size of football fields, and the landscaping affords the rear of the property plenty of privacy as it borders farmland.

The location of this home allows its guests a central location to all the island has to offer. Its one straight shot 5 miles off Newport Bridge. Downtown Newport, Beaches, Wedding Venues, and Restaurant/Bars are all within a 5-10 minute drive. Sweetberry Farm and a local playground are walking distance. Golf and Vineyards are also minutes away. This is an ideal central, private, safe location close to everything.

This is an exceptional property in a premier location. Check-in was easy. Communication with the owner was seamless, timely and enjoyable. And the house and grounds were clean and comfortable. We had a terrific time and would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the island.

Amazing spot for groups of friends & family

We loved our stay here. I had a large group of friends in Newport for an event and this was the perfect spot for us. We spent the day playing pool and card games at the huge table, even playing hide and seek since it’s such a big house. The beds were comfortable, everything worked perfectly, and the host was extremely responsive and generous. Couldn’t recommend more!

The house is better in person than the photo show. We were not expecting all the rooms and all the beds that were provided my friends and I went for my bachelorette party and we were honestly shocked on how much bigger the house was when we arrived. The porch was so cute and we spent a lot of time on the side porch and also took the most amazing pictures with the big grass and lawn. The house was in peak condition. We had no issues at all and had plenty of space for the 18 of us to party away all weekend.

It was perfect for our family reunion-Loved all those king beds- nice set up great dining table - however for the amt I paid for cleaning service my group should NOT have had to make or strip beds- you should air out house before arrival - it did smell musty!Otherwise it’s a great house!!

Spacious home with a layout that was perfect for a business retreat. Branch easily accessible, Y had a great gym nearby. Property manager and owner were helpful, accessible, and supportive. Valerie, the property manager, really came through. A member of the team forgot their computer, and Valerie came through, location the machine and helping us get it back quickly. Can't thank her enough. Honestly, she deserves more stars than VRBO allows.

This property was perfect for my large family! The home is in very private area with a huge, well manicured yard for the kids' activities. The deck is quite large with a top-of-the-line Weɓer grill (which we used daily). The home's interior was very clean, organized and well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed the professional pool table and pong pong table. The kitchen was well stocked with all modern appliances. Our evening get-together spot was the TV viewing room. The huge wrap around leather sofa was perfect for watching movies and conversation. Our host, Chris, was friendly and responded quickly to our communications. I would absolutely recommend this vacation home!

Perfect Spot for a Special Celebration

We couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate a 60th birthday with a group of ten women! The property was stunning—beautifully kept and incredibly clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring everyone had a restful stay. The pool table provided endless fun, and the spacious couch comfortably seated all of us for relaxing evenings together. Plus, the convenient location made for a quick Uber ride to downtown Newport. To top it all off, the host was wonderfully responsive and quick to assist with our questions. Highly recommend this gem!

My sons wedding at the Eisenhower house

I would highly recommend staying in this beautiful home. It was large enough with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for everyone to have privacy, and "homey" enough with a great Dinning room, living room for family together time. The bar room with the pool table was a enjoyed by all. I would definitely stay here again. Not only did it meet my expectations, it surpassed them.

Perfect for our family

Property was exactly as described. It was clean, not a lot of clutter, most of the essentials were provided. Having two refrigerators worked very well for us! The hot tub/game room in the closed garage was not appealing but did not impact our stay at all. Would absolutely stay again.

Sailing Team Review

We came to Newport to race our 44 ft sailboat in a 3 day regatta. This house was perfect for us. The private bedrooms worked well for older people while the bunk room for those in 20s and 30’s single guys. The house offered more than we actually used. Great place.

Perfect Place for a Company Retreat!

The house was exactly as described online - even better! The beds were plentiful and comfy and there were kitchen supplies to cook for loads! (not food, but pots, pans, etc) Chris was an awesome and responsive host and we couldn't have asked for anything better. This place was perfect for big groups and I will be recommending it to everyone. Also the hot tub was awesome!!

Wedding weekend in Newport

My wife and I rented this property for 2 nights in order to have our 2 daughters’ families be able to stay with us along with a babysitter. The property was perfect for our needs but as far as the maintenance and cleanliness was concerned, less than what one would expect for the money.

Great, but smelly

Our stay was great! The house was clean and mostly reflected the images advertised online. However, the house does have a distinct moldy/mildewy smell to it as soon as you enter (probably attributed to the hot tub kept in the garage). The smell was also present in the sheets and towels. Other than the smell we had no issues! Thank you for the hospitality

Good for large groups, but...

Good for large groups, but they don't even have made beds when you get in, and there was mold in some of the bathrooms, and a moldy smell in portions of the house. At least for the TVs we tried, they were not smart Tvs so hard to use for streaming.
